This location badly needs dedicated staff; it would benefit from employees who take their jobs seriously instead of complaining and cutting corners. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my employment experience, and I plan to contact corporate about the management. I believe it is clear that this store requires a significant change in attitude and approach."

The fact that my food looks like someone ate a chunk out my biscuit is wild. Atmosphere is dead could be better. Wasn't even rush hour. But the tea kinda good.

It was a pretty busy Sunday morning, but the staff was very professional, and the food was fresh. The only issue was that the dining room could have been cleaner.

I always request sweet tea without lemon, yet they consistently add lemon to my drink. What if I were allergic to lemon? Is it really that difficult to prepare tea without it? Aside from this oversight, everything else was satisfactory. View menu

We drove in from GA and decided to stop here. Smh. We ordered and waited behind another car for about 8 minutes and when we got to the window do you know she loudly told us she didn’t know they had just dropped chicken and she didn’t know and it would take 20 minutes. She asked if we wanted to wait or go some where else. Popeyes it is LOL.

I had an outstanding experience with Gloria, the morning shift manager who was working on July 6, 2024, at 8:45 am. She truly exemplifies excellent customer service! I believe she deserves an immediate raise! It’s essential to recognize and appreciate employees like her and take the necessary steps to retain such valuable team members in your organization.

"I planned a birthday dinner for my daughter's 15th birthday at this establishment. Called twice to make sure they could accommodate my party size and that the day and time were acceptable. (I called twice because I was told a manager would call, but they didn't so I called back 2 days later). I was assured that date and time were acceptable and that they wouldn't be able to sit all of us at the same table but they would have us in the same section of the restaurant. I was excited because it was going to be my first time at this establishment and I had heard great things. However, I received a phone call less than 48 hrs before my reservation time and was told by the assistant manager that they would not be able to guarantee that my party would be in the same section. So, I took the time to confirm the actual number of attendees (15 20 people) for the dinner and called back to inform them of this in hopes that they could work something out (due to this last minute notification) and was advised that my reservation had been canceled. I was also advised that if we decided to show up they would sit everyone, but we would run the risk of being spread out across the restaurant. I expressed my grievances about the last minute change and the fact that they were not willing to try to make any accommodations. As I stated, this was going to be my first time at Cajun Steamer and to have such a poor experience is extremely disheartening. I don't appreciate being treated as if we weren't going to be paying customers. The fact that my reservation was canceled without my consent and them not trying to provide a reasonable solution for the last minute change shows me that there is a lack of business acumen within their management team. I understand that they have a small space to work with, but their inability to accommodate my party should've been made known upfront not less than 48 hrs before my reservation. To lose a customer before they even have a chance to visit your establishment is truly sad indeed."
