"So I recently attempted to place an order for a chicken sandwich unfortunately the cashier let me know that they did not start selling lunch until 10:30 and it was 10:23. I politely told her I’d pull around and wait the 7 minutes she said that was fine. I drove back around at 10:35 and tried to place the same order for her to say they aren’t available still and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes. I’m confused if lunch starts at 10:30 any item on the lunch menu should be able to be ordered at 10:30."

"I traveled to Monroe, 5th March 2022 to get a planner with a friend. he had found a deal online and since I had a truck and lots of free time, we were gone. After picking up the equipment and return on the road he decided to take us to bojangles. I was totally in the position. the team worked together like a well-oiled machine that kept eating and the drive-thin hopping. everyone was polite and we had a short waiting time. we both have the new crispy chicken sandwiches (compare to popeye’s) and I got kartoffel cleanliness and he chose pommes, and we both have tee. bojangles tee is good when the recipe follows! this tee was amazing (maybe I was also a little paved). the sandwiches were hot, freshly delicious. this location is now in my top five bojangles location for a great food service. there are some interesting places in monroe so that I could make a different trip soon!"

"This is the fourth time I have stopped here for lunch over the past few weeks and every time the food has gone down the chicken has no flavor like it's been breaded with nothing no seasonings or anything of that nature and always very dry the skin andcrushed are so hard you can't eat it. The french fries have always been overcooked to the point of almost burnt I opted for macand cheese this round and it seems like it had been sitting in the warmer all day very disappointed with the food from thisparticular Bojangles as it used to be one of the better places to eat don't know what has happened but in my opinion they wentfrom a 10 to a 2 in the last 6 months."

"I have only written 2 reviews over the past 5 years!! However, I stopped by the Bojangles drive thru last night approximately 7:45 pm 1 car in front of me. Slow service asked to pull forward to wait for my order after 15 minutes. There was another Bojangles staff that I could see from the drive thru windows that was shaking his head when he seen me still there 20 minutes wait (biscuit, fries and a tea). Today, I went through the drive thru at 3:40 pm 5 cars ahead of me in line. I finally turned my engine off at 4:00 pm in line/no movement of the 5 cars ahead!!! And I looked behind me for a car count and there was 8 cars!!! All waiting No One honked their car horns but 3 customers pulled out of the line and left. Finally movement 5 cars ahead… I pulled up to the windows at 4:08 pm and the guy says pull forward to wait on your Bo Cheddar biscuit that I ordered. I said what? He looked at me like I was a bad customer waiting in line since 3:40 pmIt’s 4:08 pm and all I said was your kidding right ?????? He rolled his eyes at me a High School Student yes lady pull forward they will bring your biscuit to you. Never … I am sorry for the long wait, your patience or anything! After coming home I decided to write a review. It’s saying a lot about Bojangles customer service and services, why? I never go to McDonald’s except for the occasional iced coffee. Today, I went to McDonald’s a nightmare. I got through the drive thru in 5 minutes total order, pay and pick up.P.S. In the past when I went one time an older black woman was fabulous, lovely personality with Awesome customer service skills! Today the younger generation has no customer service skills, respect for anyone except themselves, lazy unprofessional!!!"

"Fast service but probably due to terrible food (no one wants bad food)! The lady taking my order acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking questions regarding the amount of pieces the chicken comes in. Chicken was dry and shriveled up, it had been reheated way too many times. Rice was a mixture of fresh and old and greasy. I feel that I wasted money and I doubt if I return. When I called the store all the manager could tell me was that they had fresh chicken, no offer to replace what was given to me."

"Worst customer service ever!!! I just went to the drive thru. Nothing?no greeting no nothing. So after 5 mins of silence I just go around because at this point I think the speaker must be broke. I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya or whatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. States they didn?t say anything because they were busy.. like what?! Not a hold on one min I?ll be right with you. Nothing! Was very rude and mind you when I just drove to the window after waiting 5 mins there was only one car there at the window?. This location definitely needs more training. And that manager needs to be looked into!"

"Three cars in front of me in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes to get to the window after I ordered. All 3 cars in front of me got parked because their order wasn’t ready. All I ordered was a simple combo. I asked the girl at window if my order was ready before I gave her my card and she said it was ready. After she gives me my card back and my drink she said to pull over while they finish the order. It is bad enough this store constantly screws up orders, but I don’t appreciate being lied to when I asked if the order was ready. Will never, ever go back to this store again. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places in Collinsville and Martinsville."

"That said, the food was fresh and delicious. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, some hash browns, and a drink. Their hash browns are impressive—they're larger than the competition's tater tots and wonderfully seasoned, so I didn't need to add any salt. I polished off the hash browns first, as they're perfect for snacking on the way, just like fries. The sandwiches were tasty, though I'm not a fan of the folded egg. I even bought a few extra biscuits to take home, but sadly only one made it back with me; in my defense, I had an 8-hour drive! Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was good, and there was plenty of parking. I'd definitely return to this location again."

"I really enjoy the food here, it's always fresh and great quality. Service is typically fast and always courteous. My only complaint is I have never gotten my full order. I always double check the box now because there's a missing side or some other element. It's not been a problem to get a replacement, but it's a 20 minute round trip. Overall, great food and service.Parking: Standard amount of parking for this size restaurant. High quality food means it's a popular spot and the drive thru traffic in the morning is usually out into the road. There's more parking behind the restaurant, if you're going in the morning park up there to avoid the stress of the drive thru traffic."

"I sent nephew to pick up dinner. We ordered 8pc meal with 2 sides, Mac and cheese and dirty rice. When he reached window told chicken had 15 minutes to cook so they had him pull over and wait. He waited 30 minutes or more for the guy to deliver chicken to car. He was told upon delivery they only have Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes right now. It's 5:45 on a Sunday and out of sides and no chicken without waiting for it to cook. My nephew was not informed upon ordering that chicken had to cook nor there was no dirty rice available. The real kicker for me was the unsweetened tea we were given with our family meal.We don't drink unsweetened tea!!!This location consistently runs a poor operation with being out of product, long waits and inaccurate orders. If you want to wait , get served and still be disappointed this is your Bojangles."

"The curbside service is incredibly frustrating. I waited for my order and saw a guy park next to me just five minutes after I arrived. He went inside to place his order and came back out right away. After waiting another ten minutes, I had to go inside to check on my order. "They need management restaurant inspections. There?s flies in restaurant, bathrooms, and dead flies in window seal. The restaurant smells musty and carpet dirty. Our food had no flavor at all not sure what type of training staff has seems like theyare just putting things together. Mac cheese tasted bland, biscuits had a cinnamon taste, and chicken had no flavor. The DietCoke in the drink machine tasted like cheap soda. The ice dispenser had build up. I also wondered why this location does not usethe front area near the register where food is kept visible to the customer like all Bojangles. Staff standing around carryingon personal conversations. Bathrooms dirty, toilet paper dispenser falling off the wall, and flies near toilet. I was shockedthis location still operating under these conditions."

"the first time in bojangles, because we don't have it where we live and it was interesting. Unfortunately, this situation was only one trip thru, because they were so short employees after a coworker as we tried to get into the building. but we wanted to try, so we went through the journey and ordered. we have bo’s chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. fries had a great season, and I enjoyed it very much. bos sandwich is pretty good, not great, not complaining. the grilled chicken, avoid it, it was gum maybe worse. that is probably not surprising as it is fast eating, but we were curious. they stay with the fritted and they have a good time."

"They are clearly understaffed. Pay your people more and raise prices if necessary. Offer good, consistent schedules. People have lives. The food was just ok except the biscuit, which was better than usual. It took a very long time to be acknowledged/have someone take my order. The order taker was grumpy and didn't listen well. Receiving my order took awhile too. After waiting several minutes with no one ahead of me, I expected that though. I will be back again anyway because of my deep southern desire for chicken and biscuits for breakfast and the close proximity to work. Some days the food and service is pretty decent. 3.5 stars on a good day. 2 on the average day. Luckily for you the pandemic has lowered my expectations."

"The staff at this restaurant is consistently rude to customers. This morning, I was served by the shift manager, who was quite unfriendly. The biscuits and sausage I ordered were cold and undercooked. I have raised complaints in the past, but I've never received a follow-up call from the general manager. In contrast, I often visit another Bojangles location in Troy, NC, where the food is always excellent and the staff is welcoming.
