Bojangles - Menu

I hadn’t had Bojangles in some time and this was a great reminder of why I love them but don’t need to. Super fresh and tasty.

Great food, good workers, only issue is the time that it takes to make the food and bring it out. But other than that great food 4/5?

The three-piece chicken meal with two sides was disappointing as the chicken was not fresh and had very little warmth. The waiter mentioned that the chicken had just arrived, but it didn't seem that way. The dirty rice was unappetizing in appearance and taste, while the only redeeming item was the Cajun beans. Even the biscuit was served cold.

Well, what else do you expect from this place to spoil them.. order with door dash and they close it up before the driver comes to check and open up news drivers so always.. They have forgotten my French vanilla Creamer gave me half an egg and no sugar and paid extra cheese on steak biscuit, which was cooked over and hard and bad indication as well as the bo biscuit was hard as

Was a normal experience for me as far as the typical stop in at a Bojangles for a quick food fix. But they were quick and did not say that anything I attempted to order was unavailable or the machines that provide any items were out of service as seems to be the most common response to a person asking for a milkshake lol. So good on them for not denying me a cold refreshing treat tlon a sweltering day. Service was performed with seemingly honest gratitude for my patronage, also a rarety. so often I keep here on the way to work in the morning. I'm not a big fan of her cookies because they are too big (in my opinion) and that's just me. I know people like them big and it's okay. I usually get only one order of riders and a big tee. all I need to start my day. that makes me happy. their fries in the morning are always fresh. you tee is good and the best thing about this place is. the line moves quickly on the morning and avoids long lines. and the journey through the dame that works on the morning (older black dame) is so pleasant. I'm not a morning man, but her positiveness brings me into one.

My husband went to this lactation to order a 20 piece family meal. Online it gave us the option to order all dark but at the restaurant they said they couldn’t do that ok. So he orders what they said we could and they tell him to pull up they will bring it out to him. He waits 30 MINUTES and NOTHING. He goes inside to get his order, I’m guessing they forgot bc nothing was ready and they had to make it so he waited another 5 6 min. They had two pans of chicken inside ready as well as whatever drive thru was ordering and steady moving the whole time. The customer service is absolutely horrible at this location. I sent nephew to pick up dinner. We ordered 8pc meal with 2 sides, Mac and cheese and dirty rice. When he reached window told chicken had 15 minutes to cook so they had him pull over and wait. He waited 30 minutes or more for the guy to deliver chicken to car. He was told upon delivery they only have Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes right now. It's 5:45 on a Sunday and out of sides and no chicken without waiting for it to cook. My nephew was not informed upon ordering that chicken had to cook nor there was no dirty rice available.
