Bojangles - Menu

Two takeout lines wrapped around building I did not see a speaker to order in my outside line so when I finally go around to exit I just left.

Should be opened and pretending to be closed so they do travel to make orders close to 10pm. Sitting here 20 till 10pm. Would have taken 5 min tops to make a Supreme combo. Not the first time this has happened.

Listen- I am a very big Bojangles lover. But this ones employees are very bad. 1: I am a proud Muslim Woman, so when I went to go order my egg biscuit I was naturaly angered that I found beacon in it. 2: They didn't give me my change. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. View menu

The food at this restaurant is always fresh and has a great taste, unlike some nearby places where it seems like the food has been cooked in old oil. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to talk to. They also have good options for kid's meals, making it a kid-friendly spot.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and inefficient. Customers wait upwards of 20 to 30 minutes for their orders, only to be met with sarcastic smiles from staff members who seem to barely move or work. Overall, the experience was not pleasant or satisfactory.

Stood at counter for ten minutes.. All employees knew me and another customer were there..i finally ask are y'all open..she didn't know what to say at first but then said no and walked off. So it takes 8 employees to work the drive thru? Just to find out it was open.. Never again at that Bojangels View menu

I ordered a curbside pick up and it was suppose to take 4 minutes. I checked in when I got there. After 30 mins I try to go inside and they have all the doors locked. Finally someone wiping tables opened the door. They tell me they are only letting in DoorDash. I explained I had a curbside order. They didn’t even have the food fixed or ready. The drive Through is so slow so I thought this was a better alternative, however it wasn’t. Also to add my order was only two bacon egg and cheese biscuits.

Today, I once again ordered a medium cup of water and was charged $2.49 for a kids cup. When I questioned the charge at the pick-up window, I was told it was for a water bottle, not a fountain drink. I asked for the water bottle instead since I was being charged for it anyway. Please be sure to check your receipt to ensure you are being charged for what you ordered. If this change is due to new management, it is disappointing to see them prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Charging $2.49 for a cup of water is excessive and unacceptable.

I traveled to Monroe, 5th March 2022 to get a planner with a friend. he had found a deal online and since I had a truck and lots of free time, we were gone. After picking up the equipment and return on the road he decided to take us to bojangles. I was totally in the position. the team worked together like a well-oiled machine that kept eating and the drive-thin hopping. everyone was polite and we had a short waiting time. we both have the new crispy chicken sandwiches (compare to popeye’s) and I got kartoffel cleanliness and he chose pommes, and we both have tee. bojangles tee is good when the recipe follows! this tee was amazing (maybe I was also a little paved). the sandwiches were hot, f...
