Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I have eaten at this location twice within 2 weeks and it's pretty good. No real complaints except sometimes they move a little slow in the drive-thru. My food has been fresh each time which is wonderful.

Chicken sandwich meal please. We're out of sandwiches. Chicken filet biscuit with Bo Rounds. We're out of Bo Rounds. I'll take fries and a Diet Pepsi. We're out of Diet Pepsi. Amazing they even open the doors when half the menu isn't available to beordered. Terrible restaurant.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I made an order on September 30, 2022 in the amount of $30.41. My order was canceled with no given reason. I tried calling multiple times, I've emailed, I've filled out 2 complaint forms online, I called the 800 number &also sent them a message on Facebook. I haven't got an answer or a refund. I want to start off by saying that this was the FIRST time I would ever rate this restaurant lower than 5 stars. On this day, the service was extremely slow (even though they appeared to have sufficient staffing) and they were out of Bo-Rounds. This waslikely not their faults (personally) but once I drove around to the window I was [surprisingly] greeted with my total by ayoung lady with a bonnet underneath her Bojangles work hat. She didn 't say anything rude to me, she barely said anything else tome at all. We got our food after being there for more than 30 minutes and it was decent.

It was HORRIBLE! As a first (and last) time customer from Kentucky, they never have to worry about me returning! The chicken was cold and unseasoned. The Cajun beans was soup and not hot! The mashed potatoes was still flaked in the middle where it wasn'tmixed with water correctly. The gravy on top of the mashed potatoes was white and had sausage in it. (I don't eat pork nor wasthe description included upon ordering). The biscuit was the only saving grace bit they had no butter or honey. They onlyoffered grape or strawberry jelly. Smh. To add the cherry on top, THERE WAS NO HOT SAUCE AND THE CASHIER HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE!NEVER AGAIN! View menu

I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya orwhatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. States they didn?t sayanything because they were busy.. like what?! Not a hold on one min I?ll be right with you. Nothing! Was very rude and mind youwhen I just drove to the window after waiting 5 mins there was only one car there at the window?. This location definitely needsmore training. And that manager needs to be looked into!
