"This place is awful! I've tried shopping here several times because it's one of the few places in NJ that sells Boar's Head cold cuts. Every time I order, I politely ask for my meat to be sliced very thinly. They even have a chart showing how to cut the slices, so they should clearly understand what "very thin" means. Each time, the staff smiles and assures me it will be done, but when I get home, the slices are so thick I wouldn’t even feed them to a dog! I'm usually not one to complain, but this feels like a complete disrespect. Their prices aren't cheap, and after spending a lot of money only to find my cold cuts practically inedible is incredibly disappointing. They need to hire deli workers who know how to slice properly or at least respect their customers’ requests instead of ignoring them. This has been a terrible experience repeatedly, and I’m definitely not the only one."
