"I like this location because the interior is nice and there's a good amount of seating inside. The boba drinks are usually good. But why the 2 stars? My friend and I recently ordered the Hot Taro Milk Tea, and although the flavor was good, it was way too sweet. I ordered mine with 50% sugar, while my friend ordered hers with 100% sugar. Mine did not taste any different from my friend's. I couldn't drink it since it was unbearably sweet. I told them it was too sweet and asked if they could do anything to make it less sweet, like adding a bit of non-sweetened tea. The male server said he couldn't do anything and that I should order a new drink with 30% sugar!!! That's horrible customer service! Most good boba shops would remake it, and I didn't even ask him to do that! I ended up throwing the drink away! As for their food, the bulgogi fries and tater tots were good. The popcorn chicken was the worst I've tasted. I had ordered it many times before with hopes it would improve, but nope! Overly salty and tough every single time!"
