"I placed a collection order and arrived within the designated time. The ordering process was straightforward. However, when I asked a staff member if my order was ready, she responded with a very unpleasant attitude, which I decided to overlook. While I was waiting, I noticed another employee, who was just taking payments at the register, handling salads and toppings with her bare hands, without washing them first. At first, I thought she was preparing something for herself, but then I saw her pack up my order and hand it to me. I just want to let the owner know that the food handling practices were concerning when I left."
