"This restaurant consistently provides the worst service I've ever experienced. Each time I visit, there seems to be an issue with my order—whether something is missing, or I receive an entirely different item than what I requested. The staff show little concern and fail to communicate any potential wait times after payment. I’ve spent over 20 minutes at the drive-thru window without any updates on my order, and the single-lane drive-thru makes it impossible to leave once you've started waiting.
It’s clear that the management is poorly organized, which leaves the staff confused and constantly behind schedule. This has happened to me every single time I go. On one occasion, I ordered mashed potatoes but received mac and cheese instead. When I went inside to get it swapped, the manager refused to speak to me; instead, she had another staff member inform me that they were out of mashed potatoes. Rather than offering a substitution, they simply gave me mac and cheese, presumably hoping I wouldn’t notice. I didn’t receive an apology, but I was handed a coupon for a free taco on my next visit. Unfortunately, that coupon is worthless to me since I’m never ordering from here again.
I strongly suggest that the management be replaced and that the employees receive proper training to do their jobs right. Only then would I consider giving this place another chance."
