"We have always enjoyed KFC, but during our last couple of visits, they mistakenly served us fries instead of the potato wedges we requested. The most recent visit was especially disappointing; I was eager to order the large bucket of chicken, split between original and crispy, with all dark meat. However, we were informed that we couldn't place the order because they didn't have enough chicken available. If they can't provide enough, then those items should really be removed from the menu."

"This is the worst place I've been in to get lunch and their service is so bad until it's unreal. This place here the Management is very bad in other words they don't have no one to talk and tell them what to do. I've been in management for years and I'm retired now but if i had to come out of retirement I would start fresh starting with this McDonald's first cause it's ridiculous."

"Don't eat them here, they'll cheat them out of their food they order. they will say they have the food in their pocket. we waited 2 hours for our food, and it was not correct. we spent almost 80.00 on the order. really wanted to support their new opening in a new location. Once we realized at home, we called the mistake, and they argued with us about the missing object. Why would I spend almost 80.00 and complain only about a 10.00 article that is missing. You treated a loyal customer as cheating while you made the mistake. they have terrible customer service as well as a bad job. we have been patrons of their restaurants for a long time when they were in the small building. we place large orders in the regular one or two times in the month over 60.00 to 70.00 dollars each time. we're done, you were better in the old building. they can keep the 10.00, it costs them about a thousand a year. not that it is important to you."

"Has a nice atmosphere. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The menu has quite a variety of items on it. The portions were generous. The grilled chicken, french fries, and mixed vegetables were perfectly prepared. The house salad was better than average with a nice mix of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bacon bits, cheese, and croutons. The Italian dressing was thick but had a good flavor. The Mediterranean pasta with chicken, spinach, artichoke, and sundried tomatoes was flavorful but would have been better with less sauce on it. The bread was perfectly toasted. My main complaint would be the women's restroom. They installed a really nice floor but stopped short of replacing the damaged mirror, hand towel dispenser that isn't working, old toilet seat, and rusted shelf unit in the corner...not to mention the bucket under the sink catching dripping water."
