"It says something about a business when you make a small request, they make a mistake, and then the phone is busy for over 15 minutes when trying to call and make them aware of said mistake. This was my visit at the Milan, IL location. The cashier andthe manager were friendly enough, and I gave the upsell a shot after ordering a breast and a leg. I returned to where I wasafter getting my food, finding out that there were two legs instead of a leg and a breast, and the rest of the food I justcouldn't eat (I don't like gravy, the biscuit was incredibly dry). After 15 minutes of trying to call the store to try andrectify the mistake, only to be told the line was busy, I gave up. I don't plan on returning to the store, as I have a high codeof conduct: anyone can make a mistake, but it's how you handle or don't handle that tells me the kind of business you are."
