The chicken had a flavor reminiscent of being fried in old oil, while the fries were tough and seemed to have been sitting out for quite a while.

The kitchen informed me that they were out of the extra crispy option, so I had to go with the original recipe, which turned out to be excessively salty.

The wraps are my favorite from here. Except the second time they didn't put any slaw on the spicy wraps, which wasn't the worst thing but the combination of flavors is why I picked the spicy slaw wraps.

I was hoping for extra crispy chicken, but unfortunately, they didn't have any available. I also asked for gizzards, but they were out of those too. In the end, I opted for the regular chicken, but it was dry and had a stale taste, as if it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long.

I was surprised at how small the chicken legs, thighs, and other pieces were. I felt that I paid too much for such little food. When I returned to the restaurant, the female manager told me, "I'm sorry, but we have to prepare things according to corporate guidelines." I have to say this was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was not clean, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed poorly trained. I ordered one item, and they initially told me they had it. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I went up to inquire about the delay, only to find out they didn't have enough chicken to complete my order — and it turned out they didn't even have the type of chicken I had ordered. Ultimately, I ended up waiting for food that they had messed up.

I had a positive experience with one of the employees there; he was fantastic. However, the manager's attitude left much to be desired—he was quite rude. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was a major issue. There were spider webs on the chairs, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. It seemed like the countertop had been wiped down without much care, as there were visible smudges of oil. The only reason I’m giving this place a three-star rating is because of the food, which was good. I truly question how they passed their health inspection. They really need to consider new management or make some changes.

I visited this location around 3:30 PM on Friday, September 16, and I was hoping to order the 1 breast and 1 wing combo meal. However, they only offered me 1 wing and 1 thigh, regardless of whether I wanted the original or extra crispy, as that was all they had in stock. The few pieces of chicken left in the warmer didn’t look very appealing either, so I decided to go with the tenders. That turned out to be a big mistake. They were overcooked, seemingly fried twice, and the breading was a very dark brown color. The chicken was completely dried out.
