"555! What a satisfactory experience. My family and I came here on a whim for brunch and when I say this is the best diner I've ever been to, I sincerely 100% mean it with happy dance and all! I'm born and raised in New York honey and there isn't anything in this city compared to this slice of heaven! Firstly, the coffee was fresh af— nicely brewed and no grounds at the end of the mug, my meal came with a free glass of fresh oj! I don't even like pulp but there something so pleasantly refreshing about it. Prices are VERY fair for the portions you get and even enjoyed every last bite of the left overs later on that day! I say you MUST come here. Unlike other diners their menu is not overwhelming. Ambiance is nice and clean, personable staff, and you're definitely bound to leave with a happy tummy!"

"This restaurant is fantastic! It’s very clean, and the lighting is good, which is important to me before I enter any deli. The staff is friendly, and the food appears fresh. I appreciate that there’s no pork on the menu, which is a plus for me. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. They offer more options than most salad bars, with an endless variety on the menu. I’ve noticed that most customers come in for salads, wraps, and coffee drinks. They feature 5 or 6 different types of bagels and even have lamb available for halal options. The fresh fruit containers include raspberries and kiwi. Yes, I took my time exploring, and the best part of all is their reasonable prices."

"Horrible customer service, the worst experience here . I ordered a delivery through grubhub and my order was left at the wrong address. This is not the first time that this has happened but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was not the restaurant itself that was the issue. I had called to address this when it occurred in the past and I was told that they could not assist me because the order was placed through a delivery platform so I would have to contact grubhub. So today when it happened again , I did what they had told me to do in the past and contacted grubhub directly about my order. Grubhub told me they would process a cancellation because my order was no where to be found. Minutes after I got off the phone with grubhub I receive a call from Bagel Pub , with a women yelling at me for the cancellation. She was yelling at me saying because of me they weren’t going to get their money, and that I should have called them not grubhub so that they wouldn’t loose money. No matter how much I tried to explain that I did not receive my order and that i was following their instructions she did not care all she cared to say was I was loosing them money. Clearly they do not care about their customer , nor do they have good customer service , or even plain manners. The way she spoke to me was completely disrespectful. This is not the way to handle a business."

"Was nice to visit a specialty coffee shop which isn't just about the ambience. They do some quality pour overs with some nice beans. Was worth the trek to check it out. Great staff as well. Very friendly and recommended me a very tasty pastry which I won't out since I don't want it to run out when I'm in. Ask them if you really want to know ? hope they continue to do well."

"Windows on Water is a charming restaurant with a beautiful view of the bay. The service is good, and the restrooms are clean. However, when it comes to the food, it clearly does not live up to the price. I tried the scallops with mandarin, mushrooms, and fried bacon for the first time. It was certainly inventive, but I prefer my bacon cooked with eggs, and it was overpriced. I also had the halibut, which was overcooked and completely tasteless. The chef didn't use any spices, neither salt nor pepper. For $200 for two people, I expected more. Unfortunately, being a tourist spot, the restaurant doesn't seem to rely on the return of tourists."

"I really don't want to blame this restaurant, but it’s difficult not to. I ordered food for delivery and, even though I provided my card information over the phone, the driver asked for my card again when he arrived. He took my card and used a pen to copy down the information onto the receipt. I found this super odd, but when I asked my boyfriend about it, he said it’s something they do. A few days later, I noticed a charge for $754 on my account. While I don’t want to accuse anyone until I have proof, it's hard to shake the feeling that it was suspicious, especially after seeing someone take my card information and then dealing with fraudulent charges just days later."

"This is a classic NYC gamble. In the mornings, when there’s no line, the breakfast sandwich is fantastic. However, with only a small griddle available, every egg sandwich becomes a hassle and results in long waits. If you see a line, I’d recommend walking down the street to the next deli. For lunch, though, the soups are excellent. As mentioned before, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff clearly doesn't enjoy being there, and their attitude makes you feel unwelcome simply for coming in. Should I feel guilty for ordering breakfast? Here, I definitely do."

"I ordered a chopped cheese hero, but they tried to give me a roll instead. While it's not a huge issue for a $6 item, I ended up having to argue with them just to get my money back. "Entré de casualidad y hambrienta en La Bagel Delight, situado en la calle Lafayette en el barrio de Brooklyn. Ahora que redacto este rincón me entero de que hay varias Bagel Delight por la ciudad: mi opinión sólo se basa en la que probé! Entré a un lugar donde abundaban olores y clientes (pero sobraba el espacio para poder sentarme . Al acercarme al mostrador, pude elegir el tipo de pan que quería para mi bagel (blanco, de orégano, completo, etc , y de ahí qué bagel quería. Hay una gran variedad, desde cosas muy sencillas como el especial de desayuno por menos de 3 dólares, que es un bagel untado con queso crema y un café o un té, hasta cosas mucho más rebuscadas (con bacon, ensalada, atún, jamón, lechuga, lo que sea! . Lo único que le reprocharía al lugar es no tener bastante claras las distintas opciones, lo cual me obligó a hacer varias preguntas al vendedor que acabó cansándose un poco de mí y de mi mal acento ; Pero no le quita interés al lugar, para un desayuno o almuerzo típico!"

"Went here with friend to return to an old eatery we used to frequent. No reason I stopped just with covid didn't come into the city as much. Get their homemade chix soup, you won't regret it, especially if you have a cold. It is a large size and delicious, just like a grandma would make. Just watch for chix bones. They are not the cheapest diner I've eaten at, but the soup makes up for the extra few pennies. The other food is good too and they do not used processed meat. At least the 3 meals, so far, I've had there."

"I cannot believe I worked down the block and didn't start going here until this week! I'll start off with the place is super clean, lots of space so if you wanted to sit down to eat you totally can! Take out is seamless very fast and high quality when I ask for my bagel double toasted they do it perfectly which is a big deal to me lol. The lox spread is very generous as well! I've gone in person, ordered over the phone, and got it delivered with doordash. Each time it was just as I ordered and I'm so glad to have a new close by bagel place! I trust this will be where my office gets our weekly bagels from, from now on!"
