"Service was REALLY awful and the waiter used the excuse we are really busy', but you had to have a reservation (which we had) or you had a very long wait, so it was under their control not to add more customers. We asked for cream and sugar for coffee times, asked for syrup for waffles times, and asked for butter for the english muffin twice and never received any of it thus degrading the food experience as well. Eggs were slightly warm. Beignets (starter) came AFTER our meals came and only because we mentioned that they had not shown up. Would not recommend this restaurant ever."

"Sorry about the old guy working the counter but truth is truth. He got my order, I paid, he goes to give my change to someone else???? Then he walks away and forgets to give me my bag. 6 bagels and one mini over $10. That’s fine. Get home, I have 5 bagels and a mini. Terrible service and SHORTS my bag. Never going here again."

"I was able to treat my husband to a post-leg day breakfast that completely transformed his perception of what a great bagel sandwich should be. He hasn’t stopped raving about it since! I also appreciated having a tofu spread option instead of traditional dairy cream cheese, which is something we never find back home in New England. I had always heard that New York water bagels were the best, and now we are true believers, all thanks to Beyond Bagels!"

"I ordered through Uber Eats, and the restaurant completely forgot to include a breakfast wrap. I called to see if they could help resolve the issue since my wife didn’t receive her breakfast. All they did was apologize and suggested I reach out to Uber Eats for assistance. However, the last time I checked, Uber Eats doesn’t cook or prepare the orders. The food we did receive was quite mediocre. I can't recommend this place, as there are certainly better options in the area. If they genuinely cared about their customers, I think they would have a higher rating."

"I’ll write an honest review, i’ve been almost in every deli around Queens and Long Island, but i’ll say the truth, only few places make as good breakfast sandwiches as they do, they are really delicious and fresh. But one thing i gotta say what bothers me, they use same gloves for money and food, so what’s the point of wearing the gloves? And just one friendly advice to store associates, PLEASE stop placing cream cheese with bare hands in containers.I haven’t bought bagel with cream cheese any more after seeing that . Other than that, it’s a wonderful deli. If you can just stop doing things i mentioned above , would be a perfect place to have a sandwich Thanks again for hard work"

"The owner of this shop would benefit greatly from observing how other New York bagel spots operate—it's clear they need to learn how to properly utilize their staff and process orders. Even on slow days, the wait times are absurd. Additionally, they charge $10 for a subpar bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich but can’t seem to ensure that the bacon is fully cooked. They also have the audacity to charge an extra dollar to toast a muffin, yet they choose to microwave it instead, opting for the easy route. In short, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place is a joke."

"I was a customer of this bakery for years and grew up with their treats and cakes for special occasions. When it's time for the 90. My grandfather's birthday came, I knew I wanted to use it! The cake was good, but they didn't want to open it and showed me the lower half. Something in my stomach told me to look at it when I got home. It was not at all designed as we discussed in terms of color scheme, but I could live with it. It was the wrong message."
