"I was able to treat my husband to a post-leg day breakfast that completely transformed his perception of what a great bagel sandwich should be. He hasn’t stopped raving about it since! I also appreciated having a tofu spread option instead of traditional dairy cream cheese, which is something we never find back home in New England.
