"I ordered through Uber Eats, and the restaurant completely forgot to include a breakfast wrap. I called to see if they could help resolve the issue since my wife didn’t receive her breakfast. All they did was apologize and suggested I reach out to Uber Eats for assistance. However, the last time I checked, Uber Eats doesn’t cook or prepare the orders. The food we did receive was quite mediocre. I can't recommend this place, as there are certainly better options in the area. If they genuinely cared about their customers, I think they would have a higher rating."

AWESOME! Bagels/Deli. There is a line for a reason. This place has great bagels. We are visiting from California. This is where we go for bagels and bagel sandwiches the NY way. I get the lox sandwich, cucumber side salad, pickel and coffee. View menu

This is a fantastic spot to pick up a dozen bagels and cream cheese. The bagels are perfectly boiled on the outside, with a wonderfully soft and fluffy interior. While I do have other favorite bagel places nearby, this one is a reliable option when convenience is key.

I ordered delivery and was impressed by the size of the sandwich—it was enormous! It was far too big for me to finish; I could have easily made another sandwich and a half with all the meat and cheese I removed from it. However, the bagel was delicious, and the potato salad was also quite tasty.

One of my top priorities is outstanding customer service, and they certainly exceeded my expectations, especially considering my experience as a minority in today’s climate.
