"I wanted to order a steak, but they were out of my first choice, so I opted for the steak tips instead. I requested them to be well-done, but they arrived medium-rare. I had to send them back three times before they were cooked properly. Furthermore, they didn't bother to freshen up the onions after the mix-up with my steak. My husband asked for his wrap to be grilled, but it came out ungrilled. The bread bites were delicious as always, but when I asked for ranch dressing, they provided a smaller 2oz cup, which was a disappointment compared to the previous amount. The staff was entirely new and mostly friendly, but they didn't have the same level of experience as the previous team. Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the new setup, so I'm uncertain if I'll be coming back."
