"Since the black lady manager left the restaurant, the quality has noticeably declined. On my recent visit, I asked for fresh 7-grain bread at checkout, but received stale bread instead. When I brought this to the attention of the server, she was dismissive and unhelpful. The manager, a young Mexican man, also failed to provide fresh bread, instead giving me stale bread that had been microwaved. To make matters worse, the recipe for the tomato basil soup had been changed, which was disappointing. A customer who overheard my complaint also felt the need to interject their opinion to the manager. Overall, my experience was frustrating and I was disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail. It was also surprising that the employees did not wear name tags, making it difficult to identify who was responsible for the poor service."
