"Since moving to Allen Tx, I have been ordering food from this branch of LaMadeline and am very disappointed with the quality of food. I have repeatedly received stale food and burned crousants. Missing food on my delivery orders. The company should investigate the management of this branch as it is not up to your standards. I have decided not to give anymore chances as the cost of food does not meet the quality I have been getting. Is a shame as this was my favorite place to eat."

Good enough food. Wait times are EXTREMELY long, though. If doing takeout, make sure you show up 30 minutes after the estimated time.Feel bad for the employees there the operation clearly understaffed.

I would give this restaurant a solid 6 stars! Overall, I would rate it 5 stars, but their ordering process definitely needs improvement. We had to place our sandwich orders twice, and it felt like the staff was more focused on chatting than assisting customers through the line.

The pastries and such are great here. Maybe they need to stay in their lane. The eggs are never over medium, so for my taste I make better eggs than this cook. Two orders with 1 egg over hard, and 1ot 2 over easy. How do you cook 3 eggs at the same time and all different doneness? This restaurant is ideal for anyone who appreciates mediocre food and shockingly poor customer service. We waited 25 minutes for two coffees, which clearly had been sitting outside for some time before they were served to us. Additionally, we had to raise our voices to the kitchen staff about taking orders in front of customers and engaging in unprofessional conversations. I was looking forward to trying this place, but I left feeling very disappointed.

A nice and cozy restaurant in Allen to enjoy some classic french comfort food and bakery items. I love their chocolate croissant, almond croissant, danish, pesto pasta etc. These are my few go to items. Other times i love to try their pasta andsalad samplers which is fresh and very filling. The restaurant itself is huge with two dining halls including a cozy fireplaceand also an outdoor patio. The staff is very friendly and they provide really fast service.
