"The food here is fantastic! All of the workers are very nice and look like they’re enjoying what they’re doing. They have every drink and juice I can think of and more! I got a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and a cookie and it was the best bagel I have had in CT!! A young girl with brown wavy hair made my breakfast just like I like it, even my own mother can’t make a bec so good! The food is not too expensive either! I will be coming here all the time and purchasing gift cards online for all of my friends!! :"

"We were sat as soon as we entered. Within seconds someone was pouring us water and leaving bread on the table. A waitress was there shortly after to take our drink orders. She was friendly and efficient. She always seemed to be there when we needed something and not there when we did not. The Brelundi antipasto was outstanding. They had fried cheese on it which my wife loved. Main courses delicious and the deserts were to die for. I would recommend here to anyone."

"This restaurant is an excellent spot for burgers, but their menu offers much more. I really enjoy the chips and salsa that pair perfectly with my burger. The onion rings are delicious, and the chili fries are outstanding. The service is quick, and the prices are quite reasonable. "I rode the park and ride today to work. I? stopped at Pappa?s barbecue on 1960 and Cali Drive. The drive-through light said they were Open. The first door that I went to was locked. I was Able to get into the restaurant from the side door. When Ientered I observed At least seven people working, all of whom looked up at me but did not acknowledge me. Finally a Caucasianolder gentleman asked me if I had been helped and I responded no. He came over to tell me that the restaurant was not open thatI needed to go to the drive-through. I told him that I was not in a car. He called over a Hispanic female manager and they toldme they could not help me if I was not in a car. I walked around to the drive-through and demanded that she take my order. Thefemale manager said no and I told her that because they ignored me initially she was going to take my order or I would call thecorporate office. She took my order but she had an attitude! It cost NOTHING to be nice and to provide great customer service.It cost NOTHING to provide great customer service with a smile. The service that I received today was not up to Pappa?s standards. I got off the bus specifically to stop here for breakfast because I missed the stop for Chick Fil A. How was Isupposed to know that you could not walk in to place an order for breakfast?! Do better! You could learn a thing or two from theDowntown location. I ate there yesterday and received great service with a smile and the food was yummy! I asked for a briskettaco with potatoes and cheese NO EGG??????"

"I 've been going here for years. Food is still great, especially the breakfast burritos! Someone mentioned that after the reopening, the burritos are now half the size. I don 't even remember them selling 16 burritos. See my photo for proof, as an 8 burrito is pretty big. The single meat is $9.99 (slightly up from the previous $8.99) and the 3-meat is $10.99 (up from $8.99). Rest assured, the food quality hasn 't dipped at all, and the renovations look great. I 'm happy to see it back up and running!"

"This corner shop offers the best food within an 8-mile radius. The regular customers can be a bit intense, so be prepared for some stares, but don’t worry—they’re mostly just indifferent and bored. The food is located at the far right side, so just make your way over and place your order. The staff is quite busy, so it’s best not to try to chat; you might just get an unfriendly look. "12/22/2021 I spent $43.08 today 1 whole pecan pie , 1 large lemonade 1 slice beef sandwich the brisket was chunks of fat see photo this was at 11:30AM so you would think the beef would be fresh not dry it looked like it had been pieces they cut off of something to throw away . I contacted the corporate office they sent me an auto response saying they would give my feedback to the general manager. The only way we are going to show these companies that they can 't take our money and give us trash is to keep our money in our pockets and cook at home. This is not the first time with bad service at this location I have sent in so many complaints they have blocked my email address so now I have to send my complaints from someone else email address if only they would address the problem train the staff is it that hard to get people to work"

"Hey Guys Marvin Here reporting on what we see the most out here the famous Mom n Pop Hamburger places! The most famous one out there is Tam 's if you know you know! but today we went with zogo 's. We were starving!! I expected a drive thrue but no drive thrue. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a very old and outdated restaurant.. with hand made sign 's that read pozole in permanent marker. We continued on and went with the basic onion rings which were $7.99!! YIKES!! From there we ordered a Club sandwhich i asked the cashier to add turkey and a slice of cheese she seemed to have trouble understanding that order. We waited around 20 minutes for our food when we got it to go we opened up our food and the club had no cheese in it. My chorizo and egg burrito was the only thing on point $11.00 . It is really pricey and not worth it sorry for the bad review."

"Oh my goodness! This place has the best food, no contest. My top pick so far is the Rueben special available on Thursdays. It comes with a Rueben sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and a drink! I love my fries extra crispy with salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce—so delicious! If you're a food lover like me, you have to check it out! I'm really trying not to go there for lunch right now, haha!"
