"This is a fantastic family restaurant! The food is great, and it's a wonderful place to dine. My favorites are the Chicken Parmesan and the Chef's Salad, but they also serve breakfast, turkey dinners, broiled Tilapia, and more. I generally avoid fried foods, so I can't comment on those, but it's hard to find places that serve real turkey breast in their club or turkey sandwiches. I also believe this is one of the few places in the city where you can enjoy a traditional turkey dinner every day (unlike others that now serve pressed turkey... yuck). Don't miss out on their amazing homemade Greek dressing—it's some of the best I've ever tasted. The service tends to be better earlier in the day and not as good close to closing time. The owners are fantastic, always caring for their customers and accommodating their needs. The prices are very reasonable too. You really get a hometown feel in this restaurant!"

"This Bojangels gets some credit for being a relatively new building, very clean and very friendly. However, I waited 30 minutes for my order. A chicken place didn't have any chicken ready?!?! When the Chicken was ready they had run out of biscuits. Warmbiscuits and just fried chicken tasted great another reason to give some credit. Unfortunately, if you order chicken tenders aswell, with sauce, they are cold sitting in the warmer didn't keep them warm. Oh and ask them to check for the sauce becausethe sauce was not in the bag as promised. Major loss of points for service."

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"I typically stop by Bojangles whenever I’m in the South, since we don’t have any locations up North. The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff maintained a friendly demeanor and did a great job. Ultimately, we went for the food, and it was just as good as I’ve had at many other places."

"This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it?s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don?t know what you mean.???????. Shows they need muchmore training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinnerssat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn?thave happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completelywrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I calledfor an hour off on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw,there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who isconsidering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES."

"Bojangles Fulton Industrial is the worst! I ordered online and took my receipt just in case because it was my attempt at RETRYING this location due to consistent previous poor service. They were just as incompetent and rude as always. This time, the manager who says her name is Joy, was the one I talked with directly. Even though the online receipt states I can pick up drive thru she said they never allow drive thru for online orders. She said they did not have my order at all. I came inside and gave her my receipt. THEY SLOWLY PREPARED MY ORDER, NEVER OFFERED AND APOLOGY! When I addressed the non-apology with Joy, she said it wasn 't their fault that they didn 't have my order and as I walked away she YELLED SORRY YOU HAD TO COME INSIDE. Joy 's attitude is true to character of the previous reason I stopped going to this store and will never ever go back again!"

"To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. It’s evident that they need more employees, better training, and competent managers and supervisors to uphold a professional standard."

"I stopped by and walked in and found the facility very clean ... Since i seem to get good deals from the App I entered my order at one of the kiosks in the lobby ... think it saved me over $1 by entering order st kiosk ... Shortly my order was ready and I ventured upstairs and sat at one of the tables. You can get a good view of traffic from the second floor... No kids on this visit so was a very relaxing experience and the order (large size Big Mac meal) was piping hot! Very clean and I'll have to come back when on this side of town."

"John Kareem is AMAZING... from the moment I walked in he was helpful with my order. I expressed to him about my disappointment in my food the last time I was there and my disappointment with my last pick up order from the Brookhaven . He went ABOVE and beyond to not only make sure my shrimp and grits was perfect he was very catering although he was busy. The staff that was there today made sure I was taken care off. I was asked several times by several young ladies had I been taken care of which was GREATLY appreciated. Terminus you now have a new faithful customer. "I was extremely dissatisfied with my dining experience. After returning home and opening the bag, I was shocked to find only a few tasteless pieces of food that I had paid an extra $4.95 for. The salad I ordered for $13.50 was disappointing as well, with minimal ingredients and lacking the variety that I had experienced in the past. The price of $18.45 for a mediocre salad was outrageous. Although I had been a customer for some time, I had previously stopped due to the poor quality of their soups. While the food is decent, the prices are far too high for what is offered. I did not feel that my money was well spent and would not recommend this restaurant for those looking for good value and generous portions. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and would like a refund."

"I ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets with a Coke, along with two BBQ sauces and two sweet and sour sauces. However, I received only 8 lukewarm Nuggets and just one BBQ sauce. The fries were barely warm, soggy, and lacked salt. The longest fry I got was only about 2 inches; most were just small bits. My drink was mostly ice and hardly any soda. Having been a manager at McDonald's, I can confidently say that the quality of this meal was unacceptable. While the staff was friendly, this was my second disappointing experience with poor food quality and incorrect orders. On a positive note, there are at least a few vegetarian options available."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not great. Not only was the wait in line very long, but I also encountered an issue with payment. I value honesty and hard work, and I typically like to reward those who display those qualities with positive reviews. However, during my visit, the cashier at the drive-thru kept the extra dollar I gave them. I had to ask for it back, which was disappointing. I believe they were aware that I noticed the error. It's a shame, as I would have gladly given them $100 for their honesty, but they chose to take $1 instead. Very disappointing."

"Every time I come to this mc donalds they always mess up on my order. I repeat my order I even give them the receipt and they still mess up. It's a bunch of young teenagers working there. Today I went and the McDonald's worker gave my order to the wrongcar I honk at the worker and he ignores me. I knew he gave my food away when he told me a food order that was incorrect. Thegirl co workers are more knowledgeable and understand more the guys who work there are just dumb.
