"Unfortunately, the pizza has been consistently raw lately, despite being a thin crust style. They don't follow the proper double-baking process; the dough needs to rise and be pre-baked before adding fresh toppings for a final bake when ordered. As a result, the flavor suffers, and the toppings become overcooked while the dough remains undercooked. Additionally, their selection of pizza toppings is limited—there's no option for artichokes, which are available at many other better pizzerias in Brooklyn and Manhattan. This pizza place was much better before 2020."
