"simply order dinner for my family online very expensive. we ordered a speciality burger when we came home, we found that it had nothing of it and was not able to eat. brought burger back for toppings and management / owners gave us so much a hard time over the toppings salat tomaten mayo. there was always about the toppings not coming to the burger and online order is new and should not have offered the toppings salat and tomaten. We have decided to ask for a refund on such a chaos. on the burger. manager starts complaining about a head of salat is $4 in the business I think that meant that I was not able to get a piece of salat on a $14.00 burger all due to the online site inaccurate. I've never seen anything like that in my whole life. all my years of service customers they are to calm them, please the customers. that was not important this time. not sure why that was a problem? Maybe because I was when you know what's mean! I think honestly, this is sad! dear manager/owner I am a hardworking man who works 2 jobs to feed and supply my family and I have to go through this."

"It was a Saturday afternoon, so rather quiet which may have helped us get served, relatively simply, and quickly. Unlike a previous visit when we chose eggplant parmigiana and it was clearly pre-cooked before we arrived and then clearly microwaved and served to us cold, this time we all ordered item we felt could not be pre-cooked, I.e. pasta, chicken masala, and baked stuff shells, French onion soup, and Caesar salad (too much dressing). The food was piping hot and delicious and none of our entrees were cooked ahead of time! A success!"

"Our Waitress was excellent! Professional, yet friendly. With having to ask for every little thing now she never missed a beat or lost her cool. The bread was excellent, our entree's were good could of been a little more sauce but other than that they were good. The Antipasto salad however was small and was lacking in variety of ingredients also did not like the dressing it was tasteless. I would dine here again but chose a different salad"

"We have gone many times to the Sunday Brunch have not been disappointed yet. We like the offerings and the opportunity to try a new omelet each week. Our waitress was new but you would think she was there for years. She came at the right times to check up on us, not too much, not too little. The dinners are great also. "3 Stars. We got there at 5 pm. We had a party of 6 and I told them we’d sit outside. They asked if I was sure, because it was humid outside. I walked outside and there was a breeze and it was beautiful out there. I come back in and told them yes to the porch area. They couldn’t give me a time and at 40 minutes I went and asked again, reminding them we’d sit outside and 10 of the 12 tables outside were empty. An hour and 15 minutes later, we were seated inside. The meal was okay, but nothing to wait 75 minutes for. Was really disappointed as it was our first time (and probably last) there."

"If I could give this restaurant six stars, I absolutely would. I've never come across a place quite like it. There are countless options to cater to a variety of tastes. "I recently attended a luncheon at Joseph's and was incredibly impressed. I would highly recommend this venue for any type of function. It appears to have been specifically designed for events like the one I attended. Despite there being around 100-125 people in attendance, the layout of the space made it feel spacious and comfortable. The tables, food, and displays were arranged in a way that encouraged conversations among all different groups of people. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The drinks were also delicious. Joseph's was very helpful in assisting the family with setting up and displaying numerous pictures around the venue. Situated just steps away from the beach (accessible by walking through a path in the dune grass), guests could enjoy views of the ocean from all the windows. Overall, it was a lovely event and the venue was perfect for all occasions, from weddings to birthday parties to funeral luncheons. I would highly recommend Joseph's for any type of party - you can't go wrong."

"My parents had their first date here in 1970 and it was a family book for celebrations. Our last visit was for the completion of our middle child of WPI, and none of us was disappointed or hungry. The pizza was phenomenal. I had the baked gnocchi and it was also amazing. As I said, no one was hungry or disappointed. Outrageous portions, wonderful classic atmosphere and friendly and attentive service."

"Seafood lovers will enjoy eating at this restaurant, but vegetarians and vegans may not understand why. Personally, I am not a fan of seafood restaurants where the vegetarian options are often expensive, lacking creativity, and have a hint of fishiness. I tried the kale salad, but some of it was discolored. I was dining with a group and did not choose the restaurant, but I would not recommend it to fellow vegetarians. There are a few salads that can be modified to be vegan-friendly, but with Green Elephant nearby, I would suggest going elsewhere if possible. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was not very enjoyable."

"I had the best calamari I've ever tasted! It was incredibly tender and nicely spicy. For my main course, I ordered the shrimp scampi, and the shrimp were large and tender, which I really appreciated, especially since they came cleaned! "This restaurant is perfect in every way. Its setting is second to none. The atmosphere is cozy and historic, with a view that is modern-day-breathtaking. The menu selections are varied enough to accommodate all tastes. The local integrity of the ingredients is evident. Service is excellent. The hostess makes rounds to ensure all patrons are happy. "I ordered the surf and turf and my wife ordered the lobster, shrimp and scallop diavolo. I want to first say we always try new places that we have not been before. Prices where reasonable especially for the way the economy is going today. The food was sub par. To the point where my heritage is in question. My great grandfather would see the flaws as did I. The cooks cooked my meal to long the fish was ok but overcooked the steak wayyyy overcooked and lacked flavor. My wife's food was underwhelming considering the hype we have been given by others who have been here. I was told it was traditional Italian. I have a very rich Italian history and it is not at all. Where is the fresh bread not store bought sliced bread? Where is the robust flavors. I hate to say this but Olive Garden is a better opportunity and option. They are at least closer but not really authentic the way they claim to be. Call #cheframsey. They need an overhaul and breath life back into this place and the food. The server was the saving grace of our experience and shevdid well because of staffing shortages. Due to our meal being sub par she did give us dessert to bring home. She did her job and might I add maybe over worked. The to go containers..... well cardboard and flimsy is not great in the fridge at home."

"We had the private event room booked for my grandfathers 90th birthday about a month in advance. On the day of, we entered the restaurant and we're told there was another party that was booked for our same time and we were essentially forced to leave because the people in our party are elderly and cannot be in a shared space as it is loud and crowded. "I ordered steak tips cooked medium, but they came out overcooked, dry, and tough like beef jerky. When I asked for them to be redone, they added a few new steak tips but reused the same overcooked ones. The haddock was also reheated and dry. The waitstaff only seemed to be attentive when it was time for us to settle the bill and leave a tip. We were seated near a large party that kept standing behind our chairs, bumping into us. It felt like they were treating the restaurant like their private office. I believe the manager should have addressed this issue, but it seemed they were more focused on the large bill and potential tip from that group."

"Chateau in Waltham is good. Burlington is absolutely horrible. I have complained to the management about the food. It is nothing like the one in Waltham. The cooks have continuously ruined the red sauce, burned seafood, served cold potatoes and no one has done anything about this. Since Burlington opened, it has never been good. It's ashame the management just doesn't care!"

"We enjoyed everything we ate at Tony's. It had been a while since our last visit, but the kids insisted on going after hearing about the high praise the pizza received on Barstool Sports. We were not disappointed. The kids polished off two pizzas - one half plain, half pepperoni, and one half plain, half sausage. I opted for the spaghetti and meatballs, which were delicious, and our friends loved their eggplant and chicken parm as well. My wife, who doesn't like dairy, was accommodated with a cheese-less pizza topped with pepperoni, mushrooms, and eggplant, and she loved it. Don't hesitate to visit Tony's!"

"Our waitress didn’t mention any specials, and we all forgot to ask about them. One member of our party ordered chicken parmesan, which she loved, yet she admitted it looked and tasted greasy—definitely artery-clogging! We ended up asking for the risotto to be removed from our bill because I couldn't eat it at all. Additionally, our water was never refilled unless we specifically asked; I drank both my own water and someone else's before our waitress returned to collect our plates and I could request more. We typically make better Italian food at home, but sometimes you just want to dine out. Unfortunately, we'll be skipping this restaurant for a while."
