"We ordered the Billy's Classic Burger for $15.00, with a choice of cheddar, Swiss, provolone, pepper jack, or bleu cheese (with jalapeño cream cheese for an extra $0.50). I opted for Swiss cheese, while my daughter chose provolone. The burgers were served on a delicious, toasted bun! They are made with fresh ingredients, cooked to a perfect medium, and come on a brioche bun with a choice of fries, homemade potato chips, or Baja slaw. We went with the fries, which were served hot but were more like heated pommes and quite difficult to chew. The service was excellent, but I really wish I had chosen the homemade potato chips instead of the fries. Overall, I give it three stars."

"Ordered food which took very long and when came pizza was made wrong. Expressed I wanted pizza the way I wanted it had them remake it which we ordered take out at that time. Pizza came which was good but waiter kept telling us take out order is delayed because kitchen backed up. This happened at least two or three times. Finally called manager after 30 minutes of waiting for take out. He proceeded to get take out ready. We were there for over two hours. Manager compensated us with percentage off after I spoke of situation. Place was busy which is fine with me but maybe just bad day to bevthere"

"The waitress was very friendly, but the service was slow despite there being only 3 tables in the entire restaurant. The bartender tried her best, but she was working alone and struggling to keep up. The burgers were undercooked, but they were promptly corrected. The trash can pizza was surprisingly delicious. The restaurant was empty, even though it was New Year's Eve. We used to frequent this place, but likely won't be returning. Perhaps it was just an off night."

"Couldn’t taste even a hint of tequila in my margarita, and my date ordered the “weed jar” that tasted like plain iced tea. I saw another table send back 4 drinks because theirs were not strong enough as well. Our server/bartender recommended the dragon wings and told us that they aren’t hot/spicy but “Asian style” when I asked about the overall heat. I can usually handle some heat, but both me and my date’s mouths were on fire and in desperate need of water (which was non existent on our table lol)… if you like hot wings then these are for you, but if you don’t do well with them I’d stay away! Overall experience was below average with not so great service, but maybe we just went on a bad day?"

"Went here for Valentine’s Day and this was the worst dinning experience I’ve ever received. The waitress came to our table 30 minutes after we were seated. We got the prefixe meal and the appetizer came out in different order. But the worst part was we waited 90 minutes before getting our entree. The waitress came to our table an hour after we put in our order to check on us and we asked where the food was. She said she would check then she didn’t return for 30 more minutes. I asked for the manager and he said he’ll get us more drinks but didn’t give me a chance to voice my frustration. I asked for him again and told him we’re not paying a dime for the horrible service. We were at the restaurant for over two hours and didn’t even get our dessert. We were the only people on the rooftop, which was packed when we got there, when we got our food. The light were off at every table except ours. I will never come back"

"This is a great sports bar with televisions everywhere, although they do tend to cut out during rainy weather since they rely on satellite signals. The drinks are not only good but also quite inventive. The food is enjoyable as well; the burgers are tasty, and the fish tacos are outstanding. The wings are decent but quite small, and at $10.99 for 10, they may be a bit overpriced. However, the roasted mozzarella is some of the best I've ever had. Overall, it's a reliable option for classic bar food in a chain restaurant setting."

"A few days ago I had lunch there the food is decent. Once your seated service is pretty good. But my review is about when your waiting for a table. I’ve been there several times and not once has an employee acknowledge me or other customers who are waiting for a table and the times I’ve been there we have never been greeted. I think that’s the whole point of dining out is the experience of being acknowledge. I never feel like I’m a valued returning customer."

"The wait wasn't long which was a good start. Once I sat down I started off with sweet potato fries for an appetizer. The fries were crisp and hot. After I was done with those, I ordered the whiskey glazed salmon. I've never really had an issue with salmonso I was pretty disappointed with this one. The broccoli was undercooked and the salmon tasted as if it was dipped in cheapbarbeque sauce. The mashed potatoes were okay so at least it wasn't all bad. I didn't finish the plate cause I couldn't bringmyself to do it. Also the lighting in the booth section isn't all that. Not sure I would come back."

"Very enjoyable evening dinner. Greeted by friendly staff, seated promptly and our server Jania was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly, had great conversation with her. Food was prepared perfect and was fresh and full of flavor. Men has lots of choices and there is something for everyone. The manager stopped by and asked about the meal, Jania stopped by to check on us. Definitely recommend this place, and if we are back in town, we will be back. "Kid-friendliness: We took our 3 grandchildren, one had a hamburger off the kids menu, she wanted to give a rating of 5. The boys shared the Empire burger and liked it. Wanted to give a 4. they asked for onion on the side, but didn’t get it. Our waitress was nice but forgot a drink and fries. My husband ordered the green chili hamburger and I ordered the green chili chicken sandwich and we both really enjoyed them. We did get seated quickly on this holiday weekend. We would go back if in town."
