"Went here for Valentine’s Day and this was the worst dinning experience I’ve ever received. The waitress came to our table 30 minutes after we were seated. We got the prefixe meal and the appetizer came out in different order. But the worst part was we waited 90 minutes before getting our entree. The waitress came to our table an hour after we put in our order to check on us and we asked where the food was. She said she would check then she didn’t return for 30 more minutes. I asked for the manager and he said he’ll get us more drinks but didn’t give me a chance to voice my frustration. I asked for him again and told him we’re not paying a dime for the horrible service. We were at the restaurant for over two hours and didn’t even get our dessert. We were the only people on the rooftop, which was packed when we got there, when we got our food. The light were off at every table except ours. I will never come back"

I had a wonderful experience on Valentine's Day at this restaurant, rating it 10 out of 10. The highlight of the evening was the fantastic jazz cover band, which really set the perfect ambiance.

We enjoyed a stunning sunset view from the rooftop, with heaters keeping us warm. Unfortunately, the Poki dish was over-soaked in soy sauce and had to be replaced, which was not up to standard. However, our server, who was studying to become a dentist, provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience.
