"I particularly enjoyed the dim sum, including the chicken feet and spare ribs, which were both very tasty. The vegetable lo mein was also delicious, although I would have liked to see more vegetables in the dish. This lack of vegetables actually reminded me of my travels in Asia, where noodles often come with minimal vegetable accompaniments. The standout dish for me was the hot and sour soup, which was hands down one of the best I have ever had. It had a beautiful smoky flavor to it, adding depth to the dish without overpowering it. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine."

"Ive been here prior to covid and also i moved. It was my first time back in a while. The food was not as great as i remember they've changed the typeof noodle for chow mein it use to be amazing before. Again I've been here beforw never have they charged the tip without asking which is not ok but I was going to leave a dollar more in cash but since they made the decision for me oh well. Eggrolls are still amazing. Just a heads up its on a pricier scale than most Chinese restaurants."

"i will start off by saying their food tastes great but the service is very poor which makes me not want to come here. I ordered online for delivery through various delivery services and each time this restaurant doesn 't pack the items. This has happen several times back to back. I got fed up with it and decided to call them after this has been happening too many times to ask what was happening. It was always happening to my drink and rice those were always missing all the time. when I called the lady that answered the phone was hard to understand her. I told her over 4 times in many different ways what the issue was and finally she said oh yeah I forgot to put the soda, rice oh no rice . LMAO! no apologies no refund no care. The service is horrendous and they do not give refunds for their mistakes no matter what. I feel like this is a regular occurrence with this restaurant I don 't plan to order from here anymore."

"The menu selection is quite limited, and although they claim to offer delivery on their website, that isn't the case. On a positive note, the sweet and sour chicken is fantastic, along with other dishes. As for parking, it's a matter of luck to find a suitable spot at the right time. I ordered takeout for dinner."

"Thank you Thaijindesu Thai Sushi Bar, for your wonderful service and hospitality... Our group unity in the Community 's, once a month, 'Fellowshipping A Foodie ' picked your establishment last month and had a great time dining at your restaurant. Every thing we ordered was really tasty. The sweet sour pineapple chicken garnished with peanuts was out standing, Especially the Thai Tea really sweet, creamy and so 'Delish ' Yummy Also the atmosphere was elegantly classy, fresh and bright for a afternoon 's Brunch. They seated us at a table with a lovely view of the Giant Gazebo park across from the restaurant. Our server was rite on point, pleasant, attentive and patient. We rated your establishment 5 stars because you specialize in Japanese cuisine and well as Thai food... And due to your location which is nestled rite in the beautiful heart of Port Warwick main street 's great Community, as well... Thanks again we will be back and hopefully, just in time for another one of Port Warwick sponsored community outdoor venues of Live Music Wednesday, during the warm weather season months. We absolutely enjoy... #Fellowshipping A Foodie '"

"Before my daughter and granddaughter picked me up from the station, I placed an online order so that it would be ready when we arrived. We enjoyed our meal at home while my grandson chatted about his life. My daughter is vegan, but her son is not, so they both enjoyed the General Tso's bean curd. I had the Vegetable Mei Fun, while my grandson and his father ordered meat dishes. We also shared the herbal spring rolls and almond cookies. I was a bit disappointed that the spring rolls were fried, but they tasted good, just like the cookies."

"The restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine with a friendly staff and excellent service! This small restaurant pleasantly surprised my entire family. We were introduced to it by a friend, and we were initially skeptical if there was another authentic Chinese restaurant we had missed. To our delight, everything we tried was delicious, and they were able to accommodate gluten-free options for my wife. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area again."

"This is my go to take out place for many years. The staff there have come to know me and my order!Love their house special fried rice. Everything you need all in one dish! Their General Gao chicken is also pretty good. I do love their pu pu platter! Their fried shrimp from the appetizer menu are huge! Their crab Rangoon is filled well with the cream cheese filling! Another dish I liked is their four happiness which has shrimp, beef, chicken and roast pork all in a medley of vegetable stir fry.Order ahead on their website or one of the apps like DoorDash or Uber eats and go in for pick up! Parking: It’s easy to find parking in the area. There is also a parking lot (not theirs). But you can park and go pick up with no hassle!"

"Been coming back over and over again, their food never disappoints and the portions are generous. They have a big menu with a variety of cuisine, Chinese for sure, curries, Japanese, and many vegan choices. The decor is more like you are in a comfortable home, many cute and fancy pieces adorn shelves and cabinets. Vegetarian options: With the exception of most of their specialties, they can be made vegetarian or vegan. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options are clearly noted on the menu."

"One of Chinatowns best kept secrets till recently went to this restaurant 3 years back when the clientele was all Chinese and the menu was in Chinese too that has changed.... The soup dumplings are to die for ... Juicy and taut and bursts with flavor in ur mouth ... Don't go crazy when they bring the dumplings . Let it cool just a minute or two before u jump in.. U might burn ur lips I did The slow cooked pork tongpo pork is another signature here ...with steamed bread this dish is a delight the real thing as opposed to the momofuku pork buns at their outrageous prices Good lunch specials... Even general Tso chicken tastes different crispier than the run of the mill restaurants ..."

"I had steak and my daughter had fish. Both dishes were tasteless and we only ate about half of our meals. We did not even receive our leftovers. The staff seemed preoccupied with another table, appeared to be knowledgeable, and provided poor service, despite there being only us and one other table in the restaurant. We presented our valid ID, but they may have taken issue with that."

"After waiting about 45 minutes without a call, I decided to reach out again and ask for the manager. I was informed that she was in but too busy to talk since they were just opening and preparing for lunch. Seriously? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was given the option to leave my name and number again for a callback, but I pointed out that I had already done that. Feeling frustrated, I hung up and started searching for another restaurant where we could have our meal. I called The Melting Pot (great food there, by the way) and explained my situation. They were able to accommodate our group of 22 in one of their party rooms if we arrived by 5 p.m. I promptly booked the reservation and requested an email confirmation, which they happily provided. I realize now that I should have confirmed our reservation earlier than the day of the event, but I expected better service from a restaurant like Thai Nine. While I was on the phone with The Melting Pot, I received a message from the manager at Thai Nine stating that they couldn’t find our reservation and wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. There was no apology, no suggestion to seat us separately, or offer us a different time. It was quite disappointing. My husband and I have dined at Thai Nine several times and have always enjoyed the food, but I can confidently say that they will never see us again. They truly dropped the ball on customer service."

"On March 22nd, I ordered Singapore rice noodles, General Chicken, and Szechuan Beef (they no longer offer crispy beef). Unfortunately, the food quality left much to be desired: 1. **Singapore Rice Noodles**: The dish was bland and lackluster. It desperately needed more curry powder, spices, and meat. In previous visits, the dish was flavorful and included ample meat, eggs, and vegetables. Now, it was mostly 95% rice noodles (vermicelli) and had a faint, off-putting smell, suggesting it might have been stale. 2. **Szechuan Beef**: This dish was heavily salted and contained very little beef—about 70% was vegetables and only 30% was meat. The beef itself was thickly cut, rather than the uniform slices I expected. 3. **General Chicken**: This was the only redeeming part of the meal, though it was still mediocre. Nearby restaurants like Wah Shine and Dragon Palace offer exceptional General Chicken. Because of this disappointing experience, my family is hesitant to order from Chef Chen again. If we do in the future, I can confidently say that the Singapore Rice Noodles and Szechuan Beef will be off the table. On a positive note, I must commend Brian, who took my order. He was polite, professional, and efficient in processing my takeout. Ultimately, I believe everyone has their preferences. If you’re curious, feel free to give Chef Chen a try despite my review. The new ownership might suit your tastes, and if not, I encourage you to provide constructive feedback to help them improve. By the way, if you're in the mood for great Singapore Rice Noodles, I highly recommend Dragon Palace in Vacaville."
