"We had filets and salmon both were outstanding. The side dishes are generous we had 4 people and ordered 4 sides and there was lots of leftovers. Augrautin and mashed potatoes. spinach and asparagus all were excellent. 7 layer cake and ice cream for dessert was wonderful. The cake was very moist and tasted as good as it looked . The interior is beautiful and lots of cozy dining spots but also dining for larger groups and private rooms. Angel was our waiter and he did a fantastic job. It was our first time since the remodel and we will definitely be back!"

"After waiting around 40mins for our food, which when finally arrived the waiter apologized for the delay since it was busy for a show night. PS that's why we made reservations so we could also be on time for the show.. The food was just so-so. We selected the tomahawk which were advised was finished table side with a flambeed. They wheeled the steak around the entire restaurant to get up to the raised platform we were on. But they failed to mention just the sauce would be flambeed.. our steak never hit the pan. Our food when finally received was cold. Not that we would have had time to send it back because our waiter never checked on us.. even if we did we would then have been late for the show and/or been stuck with now over cooked steak. When my husband have the rare opportunity to get out without the kids we always select a fine dining steakhouse so we are used to the prices which we never mind when the food is worth it. This however was not. The best item in on the whole menu is the free bread and butter. Another suggestion would be to invest in the illuminated menus many steakhouses now have, when the restaurant is so dark it helps patrons see what they are ordering."

"My husband and I went into the restaurant for dinner and had a great experience. The executive chef did an outstanding job cooking my shrimp scampi. The shrimp was perfectly cooked (not overdone) and the sauce was Just as complimentary to the dish. The executive chef kyle came out to check on my husbands and my dish, which I thought was above and beyond service. I recommend the restaurant for those looking for a great meal and view!"

"We had one guest with severe food allergies. She carries a card with her that lists her food. The server didn’t understand this, the manager who took a grand while to come to the table was dismissive. When we finally agreed on steam rice and grilled chicken on a bed of vegetables with the exception of what she was allergic to, it comes with carrots (a specific allergy)! We had requested cutlery- was dismissive so we helped ourselves to one of the server drawers! The restaurant wasn’t busy and yet the server kept forgetting to take our order! We were there on a business lunch break that delayed us another 40 minutes to return to our office."

"Be prepared because this might be a long review. Okay, me and my family of 7 adults and 4 children came in to celebrate my sister 's birthday. We asked them if they do all you can eat and they said yes. Okay, cool. We all sit down and we agree to the AYCE and begin ordering. We order about 5 plates of sushi and 1 order of fried rice for the kids. Next thing you know our server brings 4 plates of dumplings and a couple of bowls of edamame. We tell her, we didnt order it and she said its on the house from chef. We were confused but said okay. She then comes with more plates of dumplings and we ask her to stop because we didn 't order it. We sat there waiting for our sushi and it took about 35 minutes to bring out our 1 plate. 15 minutes later, the next one came. Because of how slow the service was, we made a big order for the next one so we dont have to keep waiting. The next order came aftee 30 minutes again. We were trying not to complain because we saw they were short staffed. And then we ordered again. As my brother was walking out with my sister, the head of the restaurant told them that because of us, they have to shut down the restaurant because they can 't serve all of us. He even told next time you guys come, we will have to deny you guys because of how many you guys are! Wait what? DISCRIMINATION! My older brother and sister gave him a piece of our mind and he did not apologize. He just shrugged and acted like we were the problem. But hold up, I didnt add the other petty things this man did. When he came around the table, i tried to be courteous and gather the plates and stack it for him and he goes Can you please not stack that? Because its hard for me to take it? And then when my sister lifted her glass for him to take to refill, he told her please put it on the table and then ill take it This asian man, looks like the head or manager of the restaurant was giving off this weird racist vibes since we got there. The fact he even blamed us that they have t9 close the restaurant because of our orders just shows how incompetent they are to run a business. Oh btw, we were the only family there for a good 2 hours so I dont know why it took so long for them to make our sushi. Please don 't go to this restaurant especially if you are of color. Just horrible!!!"

Steak was delicious and cooked perfectly to Med Rare, but the cap on the ribeye, most people's favorite part, was very small and mostly fat and tendon. "The food at this restaurant was excellent. We ordered the Rodizio Dinner and the lamb and rib-eye were cooked perfectly. Everything was packed with flavor, although the chicken was a bit dry, but it's not a chicken restaurant after all. The service was outstanding, with the staff constantly checking on us and keeping our water glasses full. We were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond by bringing us bubbles with a bubble gun and giving us a free dessert. The atmosphere was cozy compared to other churrascaria places, allowing us to have a conversation without shouting. The restaurant was not overcrowded even on a Sunday evening. They have a room for special events which would be perfect for corporate gatherings. The restroom was clean and of a decent size. Overall, we would definitely go back and recommend it to our family and friends. The fact that it's not as busy as other places, possibly due to its location away from the Las Vegas strip, was a plus for us."

"Taki Sushi is a gem in Washington Park. Our kids live in the area and frequent this place, and wanted to take us there while we were visiting from Cincinnati. It will now be a regular go-to when we visit! The staff is very friendly and our server, Art, was great. It's too bright inside, and could do with some toning-down and warming-up the lighting. For appetizers we ordered the kid's favorite; Garlic Broccoli. It was cooked perfectly and we asked for the extra sauce to be put in a cup to dip into the rest of the dinner because it was that good. We also had the Cucumber Sashimi off the appetizer menu. It was extremely fresh tasting and the cucumber was the perfect compliment to the tuna. The Yellowtail Jalapeño Hamachi was fabulous. I cut up one ring of jalapeño per bite of cod and it was perfect. And I never miss a chance to order Miso Black Cod if it's on a menu. This version was executed perfectly and presented with nicely cooked asparagus. We followed up with four different sushi rolls. Every single one was so fresh and delicious. The sake and the Rose wine were both delightful as well. Two other great aspects of this place is that they are open till 10pm and reasonably priced! This is actually a 4.5 star review if I could do that."

"We ordered takeout on a Sunday night and tried the Stop Light Maki, which included tuna, avocado, mango, yellowtail, green onion, and a sriracha dot. We also had the Salmon Hawaiian poke bowl, featuring tuna or salmon, avocado, red onion, seaweed salad, shoyu dressing, sushi rice, and Mexican street corn, along with yellowtail sashimi. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The restaurant offers outdoor seating, a parking lot, and has a lovely interior with a fully stocked bar. Recommended by some locals, we just had to check it out, especially since they serve sushi. They also have all the classic Cape Cod dishes like scallops, lobster, and chowder. Our order was well-packaged and ready in just 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning next time—probably for all my meals!"

"We walked in at 10 PM and were greeted by a nice lady. She informed us that although the kitchen closes at 10:30, she would be able to serve us, no questions asked. That was really nice. The food was pretty tasty. I was pleasantly surprised they had fresh wasabi and it paired nicely with the sushi I got. Mushroom soup was truly amazing. Wok charred edamame was a big no no. Go to Nagoya Sushi for legit wok charred edamame. The hibachi was subpar at best. You can tell from the pics that the steak just isn’t great. Also the fried rice was overcooked and burnt. But the ice cream was tasty and it ended our meal off on a good note, despite the fact that it literally came while we were still eating our entrées... P.S. Beware of the cold water in the bathroom!"

"I went to this restaurant for a team outing. I was able to book a table online, received a text confirmation, and was able to walk right in and be seated at my table. "I had a disappointing experience at this Japanese restaurant. While the rolls might be acceptable, I wouldn't recommend trying the sashimi or chirashi—the fish was not fresh at all. Additionally, the kitchen appeared dirty, and the overall experience felt more Chinese than Japanese. The service was awful; the waitress was particularly unhelpful. When I asked if I could substitute a soup for another dish, she cut me off before I could finish my question. In the end, I had to throw away my food."

"First and last time at this restaurant. We got the spritzer and it was ok, but very overpriced. Edamame was good. The sushi was descent, but the filet chicken habachi was TERRIBLE. The garlic and salt were OVERPOWERING. We love garlic and a little salt, but the amount of both was awful. We barely ate it, told the server it was terrible (server was very nice), and our bill only had $9 discounted off. While we appreciate the discount, that habachi meal should have been completely removed from our bill."
