"Be prepared because this might be a long review. Okay, me and my family of 7 adults and 4 children came in to celebrate my sister 's birthday. We asked them if they do all you can eat and they said yes. Okay, cool. We all sit down and we agree to the AYCE and begin ordering. We order about 5 plates of sushi and 1 order of fried rice for the kids. Next thing you know our server brings 4 plates of dumplings and a couple of bowls of edamame. We tell her, we didnt order it and she said its on the house from chef. We were confused but said okay. She then comes with more plates of dumplings and we ask her to stop because we didn 't order it. We sat there waiting for our sushi and it took about 35 minutes to bring out our 1 plate. 15 minutes later, the next one came. Because of how slow the service was, we made a big order for the next one so we dont have to keep waiting. The next order came aftee 30 minutes again. We were trying not to complain because we saw they were short staffed. And then we ordered again. As my brother was walking out with my sister, the head of the restaurant told them that because of us, they have to shut down the restaurant because they can 't serve all of us. He even told next time you guys come, we will have to deny you guys because of how many you guys are! Wait what? DISCRIMINATION! My older brother and sister gave him a piece of our mind and he did not apologize. He just shrugged and acted like we were the problem. But hold up, I didnt add the other petty things this man did. When he came around the table, i tried to be courteous and gather the plates and stack it for him and he goes Can you please not stack that? Because its hard for me to take it? And then when my sister lifted her glass for him to take to refill, he told her please put it on the table and then ill take it This asian man, looks like the head or manager of the restaurant was giving off this weird racist vibes since we got there. The fact he even blamed us that they have t9 close the restaurant because of our orders just shows how incompetent they are to run a business. Oh btw, we were the only family there for a good 2 hours so I dont know why it took so long for them to make our sushi. Please don 't go to this restaurant especially if you are of color. Just horrible!!!"

Best Mochi ice cream in the USA!! Make sure you order extra mochi ice cream. Also, their portions are so generous. The workers give this place local vibes and they may even ask you to sit a while longer and talk story.

Have some perspective when reading reviews for this place. I've never had bad service or bad food. The sushi is delicious. Is it expensive? Yes, but so is any good sushi place. I personally wouldn't have a large group party or bring young kids to a sushi place due to cost and their ability to appreciate real sushi, so I discount reviews that make no sense to me. If you have common sense, you will appreciate the sushi here. If you're a moron, it's not for you! View menu

We doordashed some food to try this place out for the first time and were not disappointed. The portions are huge! My friend and I both got a miso soup expecting it to be the regular size, but each soup fed two people each. We ordered the fire cracker, sex on the mountain, golden dragon, 49er, mussels, and two miso soups. They were really generous with their toppings- all of the rolls were stacked high with fish and tempura goodness. All the rolls were great and super filling. My only con is that they cut the sushi a little too big. We could barely fit it in our mouths lol

It had been awhile since eating here, and it appears the place is under new ownership/management. The prices were very expensive (a bottle of beer was $9.79; a bento meal was $25.95) considering we had plastic utensils and the soup was served in a to go container. The service was painfully slow and inconsistent, i.e. the meals were served randomly and over a long period of time. The beef teriyaki and the spare ribs were tough. The salads were simply Romain lettuce (mine was missing the dressing). For a Thursday evening there were only two other tables being served. This was the worst experience at a restaurant ever for me! I do not see this restaurant being in business much longer.

We've ordered pickup from Sushi Factory a number of times and they are consistently great. Big rolls, creative combinations, and something for everyone from simple to extravagant. We're partial to the following rolls... Fiesta Roll: Salmon, cream cheese and jalapeno topped with tobiko and unagi sauce. This is delicous but can be spicy if the seeds are left in the jalapeno. Spin the wheel of fortune on this one if you dare. Lion King Roll: California roll with baked salmon and spicy mayo. As decadent as it sounds. Yes. Sex on the Mountain: Eel and shrimp with bay scallops and unagi sauce on top. Unique and tasty with so many scallops they tumble off the roll. Crispy Cobra: Tempura Shrimp Roll... View menu

This review is based on delivery via Doordash. I've been craving a chicken teriyaki bento box and decided to order delivery. This was my first time trying their restaurant and it's close by where I live. I ordered the three item bento box, with teriyaki chicken, Cali roll and vegetable tempura. I also ordered a side of edamame and gyoza. Their bento box also included miso soup, rice and a salad. I've experienced some restaurants don't include miso soup via delivery but they do, nice! The food was delivered in a box which was nice, made sure both bags were secure. When I opened the the bags nothing was missing, except my can of coke zero, but Doordash fixed that. The side of vegetable tempura...

Had my sisters birthday dinner here. 7 adults and 4 kids. If there was an option for no star I would've chose that. $45 per person for all you can eat is pretty pricey, nevertheless we chose this option for us adults. Kids were free because all were 8 years old and under. We ordered one bowl of fried rice and they came out with 4 big bowls, they brought out over 10 servings of dumplings, which confused us all because we didn't order that much but they kept saying it was on the house. I started to get frustrated because not only was the service very slow, they were trying to feed us with all this unnecessary appetizers. Come to paying the bill the owner mentioned to my sister that next time w...
