"Today, I stopped in for a late breakfast since it’s conveniently close to my home. Although the food was still good, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. The hostess promptly brought me coffee, which was a nice touch. When the waitress—who had dark hair and appeared to be in her thirties—came over, I quickly told her my order, but she started walking away before I had finished. She only asked about my toast when she was almost at the kitchen door and had her back to me. When my meal arrived, the toast wasn't cut. I attempted to ask her for a bit of syrup and some extra napkins, but she dropped my plate and walked away while I was still speaking. I told her I would wait for her return, but she merely said, "Go ahead, I’m listening," again without turning to face me. While I eventually got what I needed, she never returned to check if I required anything else. Instead, she just dropped off my bill while I was still eating, and the diner wasn't even busy. I noticed she spent a lot of time at the counter on her phone. To make matters worse, another waitress loudly complained that her phone was "blowing up," using a profanity that I really could have done without, especially with children nearby. I want to acknowledge the hostess for her attentiveness and for bringing my coffee—I even left her a tip. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to tip the waitress, who was rude and completely inattentive. It's a shame because the owner is usually very nice and accommodating, but I can see how business is starting to decline. I sincerely hope you can improve your service, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back."

"Racist and I will Never Return!I walked into the diner and the first thing that the host said to me was Delivery???Iwas puzzled so I replied, no I’m here to eat. He replied ok how many and I replied 2 she’s on her way, so he proceeds to walk me to the back, and I say how about this table right here in the front, he says no problem just let them clean it first. They clean the table and I sit down. The same host walks back over to my table and I say can I order two green teas with honey and he replies that I have to wait until my lady arrives and I replied huh why do I have to wait until she arrives she’s walking here now and he proceeds to walk away. My girlfriend is walking fromCornelia st which is 2-3 blocks awaySo before I start recording I inform her about what’s going on so she needs to hurry up and get here.So right after the host/waiter walks away another employee walks up to me and ask very rudely where is she is she coming??? I totally ignored him.Two customers enter the diner and they happened to be white He proceeds to ask them how many and the older lady replies 2 he looks around to see that every table is occupied so he proceeds to come over to my table and asks me if I can get up and give them my table and wait by the door?!!!!!!I (Have this documented on video) I replied no I am not getting up to give someone my table why don’t you ask another patron to fulfill that request! My girlfriend walks in as he’s walking away little do they know that she’s Latin. The waiter doesn’t come back to the front for a while she can see him hiding in the back looking at her standing in the front so she’s talking to another employee in Spanish and he’s all of a sudden very very nervous! So the waiter returns to the front and she’s speaking to him in Spanish. He proceeds to tell her that I walked in, I spoke to nobody and I sat myself down. She says are you kidding me so you asked him to get up and give his table to another guest and he begins to tremble and backpedal. He had no answer except I’m sorry I’m sorry while other patrons watched and listened. Like I said I have this on video I will never return and this is Step 1!!!!"
