"This was an Easter buffet, first one by new management. I can say, We have had better. The salad and crab soup was decent. The prime rib carver was good, although a bit fatty quality , should have been more trimmed before serving had a whole dish of fat that I removed from my portion). Now the buffet; very ordinary. String beans that seemed out of a can, canned corn, veggies good ones) steamed in water, tasteless, mac and cheese, dry, mashed potatoes not salted at all, etc. mahi fish poached no flavor, chicken cutlets, mediocre parsley on them but not seasoned much). Sweet potatoes were the best option, but that isn't much to say since the rest was, eh. At $25pp, it was expected that it would have been much better. The dessert buffet were probably the best part of the meal. I think there is huge need for improvement here. They need to think about taste, not quantity. Oh, and some of the veggies were not hot at all, a big deal with us. Needs much work. Will try it again if they do! But, not for a holiday."
