"Service was impeccable. Restaurant is nice and clean. The side dishes were amazing, had the butternut squash, shiitake mushrooms, and cucumber avocado salad. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars for the food is because my medium rare steak was medium, and the quality of the ribeye was not what I expected for the price. I had the Szechuan ribeye, and while the sauce was amazing, the quality of meat for $75 (steak only, everything else is ala cart) wasn’t all that. I can get a ribeye from Costco that is much, much better. Actually, 4 steaks from Costco for that price. The restaurant offers some expensive Wagyu beef that I didn’t try, and that may be their specialty, but for a $325 dinner for two, I expected more for my main course. The resultant gave us two free flutes of sparking wine, and cotton candy for desert. Coffee was my own individual French press. Nice touches, which is why I give the restaurant a 5 star overall. I’ll definitely try it again another time."

"I want to begin by saying how amazing this experience was! My mother wanted to celebrate the Mother's Day on the following day, after all the madness of the actual vacation around the city. I have a reservation and some special requests with the table setup that came wonderful. The roof terrace with the pool in the center is a beautiful touch. Connor our server phenomenically with its expertise and presentation of menu items and drinks along with recommendations. Joe the manager was very friendly and checked at once during the meal to ensure quality and the food was top notch! We had steak with Chilean Seabass, who tasted perfection. Very recommended and we will be here again for special occasions beautiful nights outside! On another note my mother felt rebellious after a few drinks and wanted to walk up the pool. The flat pool is more to go for show and off-limit limits for people due to a liability of possibly injuries. You will be asked to go when you go in. My mother went through twice before we kindly got a warning about not doing it again. We apologize for the end of the night Stunt and we will not do it again. We had a night to remember, thank you for a nice evening and friendly service Dominicks Steakhouse!"

"Great food. Excellent service. Just what you would expect. So, let me mention a couple things about my experience you might find informative: 1. Some tables are better (more intimate, not as spacious) than others, depending on the atmosphere you prefer. Wesat in a nice private corner that quickly became loud and uncomfortably crowded once a large party sat next to us. What wascozy, quickly became ?ugh!? 2. Dress code strictly enforced. I saw them refused to seat someone who appeared to be a Charlotteballplayer because he was wearing a jersey. 3. The bread wasn?t good too salty and bad texture. The bread is usually the firstthing you try. Luckily we gave it a chance beyond the bread because everything else was great. 4. The menu is not kid/familyfriendly. Bring your kid only if they have an evolved palate."

"Our recent experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We have dined there a few times before, always having had good meals. This time, however, we chose the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and were let down. The bar was busy, but only one other table was seated in the restaurant and finished their meal shortly after we were seated. My dining partner ordered the special duck dish, but it turned out to be tough and chewy. He was offered a replacement entree, but it was too late as I had already finished my meal and he wasn't keen on waiting for another dish to be prepared. The staff was very nice and kindly comped his entree, but we no longer see this restaurant as a special occasion spot. We'd rather pay for good food than be comped for poor food."

"We dined at this restaurant with our children and had a pleasant meal. The kids enjoyed a buffet designed just for them, which was a hit. Other upscale restaurants should take note of this concept. It cost $15 per child, but included a wide variety of choices that kids enjoy, as well as desserts and a drink. I ordered the swordfish, which was a bit overcooked and lacking in flavor. My wife ordered the filet, which was served over a tomato-based medley of zucchini and squash that did not complement it well. Despite reading reviews that the side of Brussels sprouts would be roasted, they arrived steamed and were also tasteless. However, the highlight of our meal was our excellent waiter. We had dined at Pacific Grille the night before, and that meal was much more flavorful."

"Fantastic dinner with beyond excellent service from Kevin and Diego. We had three apps: steak bruschetta, Who Dat shrimp, and the crab cake. The tomatoes on the bruschetta were a bit bitter but the rest were awesome, especially the crab cake. Lobster bisque and French onion soup were awesome. The lamb chops are absolutely the best I have ever had. The flaming mojito glaze that tops the lamb chops makes for quite a presentation and is delicious. Desserts, peanut butter pie and crepe brûlée were delicious. We were allowed to have an unhurried meal of superb food accompanied by the best service."

"really shocked!! something you would not expect.. just a small place next to a boutique hotel... but.... the service was great (although they were super busy)... the drinks were good.. and the food was exceptional.. really.. i was actually shocked by the quality of the food. burger was next level and tacos were fantastic, so were the rolls.. really good.. the sauces that came with it were exceptional .. place was rocking and it was as much a lounge with lots of young ppl hanging out for drinks as it was a place to have a late dinner. the prices were a bit up there but very good quality so I would not really care to look at the bill. The server was great and so was the hostess and the bartender.. fantastic all around!!"

"I picked up four meals for takeout today for a very important birthday celebration. The meals were expertly made and had lots of flavor and quality. I was very thankful that the hosts did a good job of calling me back about changing my order. Absolutely the best part of my experience there today was being able to see Casey. When you spend good money at a business especially a restaurant it is great to see someone who asks how you are doing and is truly genuine and kind. Just seeing her today and knowing that she is still an important member of the team makes me want to frequent that restaurant. "We went for my Birthday dinner. We made reservations and disappointed that they sat us by the patio door. A little chilly when the door opened/closed. Manager and hostess gave us nice lip service will do what we can about moving you (although their facial expressions didn't looked like they cared). I rated the restaurant as outstanding because of our server--Sharon. She made up for the disappointment, she was personable and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. What began as a disappointment--ended in a nice birthday celebration. Thank you Sharon for being there!"

"I had heard great things about this restaurant, so I made reservations for my birthday a week in advance. Our party of seven experienced a very long wait, and when our food finally arrived, only half of the dishes were served. The remaining items came out much later, by which time the food had gone cold. My steak was overcooked and had to be sent back, and my salmon was undercooked and also had to be sent back. Overall, it was a negative experience as the waiter seemed frustrated with the kitchen. However, the restaurant did take off several items from our bill."

"Really enjoyed our Sunday night here the atmosphere was upscale yet inviting.  Our waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the menu, we enjoyed her suggestions.  Definitely love the tapas options being able to share small plates and sample a variety of items. The mac & cheese was one of the best we have had. The pork bellies and truffled parmesan frites were delicious.  The sweet potato ravioli in a delicate cream sauce accompanied with  wild boar that was so tender and not gamey at all. The deviled eggs three styles one was delicious but the others we didn't care for.  The steak tartare would of been better if not served so extremely chilled. The pork loin was amazing and love the chefs accompaniments. "I’ve been here multiple times with my family, and it’s a place that really anyone can enjoy! There is a separate vegan menu, and the staff are great at answering questions and giving you recommendations. My brother and I told our waitress that we were sensitive to beets, and the waitress was extremely accommodating, stating that there were no beets involved each time she brought over a plate! "Coming to Bourbon and Baker is always an experience. The menu is always changing and everything is quite flavorful. They have main entrees and what I really like most, they are big on tapas. I?ve tried cocktails, beer, and juststraight up liquor and their variety on alcohol alone is satisfying. Everyone here is welcoming and gives a plethora ofsuggestions whether it?s a drink or something to munch on. This place isn?t large so sometimes it can get pretty busy but so farthe times I have been there I was able to get seated relatively fast. And if you still have room after all that booze and tastetesting, you have dessert . I have tried one of their monster cookies, pudding, and the lovingly scrumptious cake. "My girlfriend wanted to come here for her 21st birthday (rec from her friend). Our server was incredibly nice and gave us great cocktail recs. Our dessert was on the house and they made it a very special evening. Would highly recommend coming her for a date or just a nice dinner with friends. They've got full service bars, and a great ambience. The dry-aged duck looked amazing, but wasn't on the menu (since it must be made perfectly). We hear they've got a new menu coming up, so we will be back!"

"they were extremely polite from the beginning. they wanted to know if we wanted one or one table for our birthday party. we chose the table, and they only let us wait when our whole party arrived. that's a big plus. the public parking was great. it was easy to find a meter near. I know it's a Wednesday, that's still an important plus. the chimay blues were strong and great! only pamper if they are not the specified driver. the lambec was not tasty to me. it was great when it hits the cradle, but then it tasted like robotussin! the muddles had a fantastic broth, which was spicy and very tasteful. my highlight were the sweet kartoffel fries and the burger! wow! the cheese is melted on my side. I'm also a big fan of tomatenreliquie. overall it was a great birthday party! they asked definitiw if we needed something huge. it is a Pet-Peve if server do not place this crucial question after our first bite. "I went to this restaurant after the wedding at the courthouse with 6 guests. We enjoyed ourselves so much! The food was delicious and had great portion sizes. I ordered the double pork chop meal with pomme purée. My husband had ordered the same meal with different side items. My father had the salad with pears and mushrooms. He said it was really good! My group said the Salmon, Sea Bass, half chicken was good. Everyone loved there dish!"
