"My fiance and I are moving to the area and we were so excited to try Webb’s and it did not disappoint! Our server, Logan, was absolutely amazing. She was so personable, attentive, and informative. She answered all of our questions and was so kind. The manager also came over to check on us. The service was amazing. The food was on another level, we ordered so much just because it all looked and tasted amazing. Im a VERY picky eater who normally only eats chicken tenders, and I loved absolutely everything. 100/10 would recommend and we will be back!"

"We had good food and fine service. We got there at 5, opening time, with a reservation. We go early so we can miss the crowds. The only thing that I disagreed with was how they seated us and the other two parties that came in, all close to the same time. The restaurant was empty and we were seated closely right next to each other. The restaurant was empty other than us. I understand seating close, maybe there was only one server, but it was a little silly. And felt like we were too close, I think the other two-tops could have felt the same."

"We were seated right on time, and our server arrived promptly. We ordered appetizers and drinks, which were served quickly. One person in our group ordered two additional appetizers as his main dish, but those were supposed to arrive after everyone else received their main courses. Unfortunately, his chicken wings were overcooked to the point of being inedible. On a positive note, the spinach salad and curry dishes were excellent. However, when the main courses were finally served, my husband's dish was delayed by another 20 minutes, leaving the rest of us already finished with our meals. Service was lacking; we had to seek someone out to refill our water and to inquire about my husband's main dish. As locals who usually enjoy the food here, we were disappointed by the service this time. Our friends, who were visiting for the first time, have decided not to return."

"we have a holiday home in the Ogunquit region for almost 2 years, and I'm embarrassing to say that this past weekend is the first time that we dinner in the north union. Now that we have tried them, they will be on our list. initially the ambiente is super cool. elegant and yet relaxed at the same time. many recovered wood mixed with formal banquet style sitting and benches. we were a party of four and had luck enough to get a private little dining room that felt like we were in someone's house. the sitting areas, one we saw, what a huge blunt of a tree root and two chairs are as unique as eating. the menu is disassembled in appetizers or snacks small teller and large teller that the main courses are disassembled. we had a reservation of 8 o'clock and dimmed slowly over two and a half hours. without pressure on our table. all this food is unique and inspired and naturally artistically presented. I don't think you could go wrong with a menu item. for an appetizer we have made a charcuterie board with cheese and prosciutto as well as some roasted carrots and an olive assortment. four main courses, we tried a pigeon that is duck and laughs. the only thing I could notice is that if they are someone who likes huge portions, then this restaurant would not be for them. the most important cure are on the smaller side, but eating is so delightful that it is completely satisfied at the end. we will definitely return to a special evening in the north union or enjoy."

"I need to preface all of this by saying we did arrive later than expected for our reserved time frame but the experience we had was not justified just because we arrived late. The woman at the front counter was very rude to most of our party. We were celebrating a birthday and had about 10 guests total. When we asked about starting a second lane, the system for purchasing a lane versus using a lane was unclear and when asking for clarification the staff was rude and forceful. When we decided against purchasing another lane because it was not beneficial for only 2 people to be playing on a whole other lane, the staff acted like we were not allowed to sit with our friends’ birthday party and socialize unless also bowling. Then the wait staff/bar server was rude as well. They acted put out by every order and like we were an inconvenience to even ask for drinks or food. The food was overpriced and lack luster for what it is. The only reasonable staff in the building was the bartenders themselves but if you have a lane it feels they prefer you to order from the server rather than coming to the bar.When we decided to forgo another round of bowling to check out the upstairs arcade, I ordered another drink. As I received my drink the waiter rudely told me to make sure to remember to pay my tab when I finished at the upstairs arcade.Overall I would rather go to a dive bar style bowling alley than here again because it’s very overpriced and the staff acts as if they can’t be bothered to even have customers. Who knows maybe it’s just the Monday staff but I was very unimpressed."

"Loved! The food was amazing, we told the waiter what we were looking to eat and he pretty much picked out our meal. It was awesome! We’ve been there numerous times and wanted to mix it up. He was so personable and knowledgeable about the menu. The ONLY complaint I have with the location is the backless chairs. It’s hard to eat on a stool. Other than that, gorgeous restaurant."

"Our server was rude throughout the evening. At first, we thought he was just being humorous and laughed along, but as the night progressed, we found ourselves feeling increasingly upset. He carelessly cleared away our champagne and tea, insisting that we move our champagne to the center of the table because he was uncomfortable with us having it there. When my friend requested a tea refill, he remarked something to the effect of, “Wow, they really despise this alcohol.” This made my friend anxious, and when she inquired if there was any alcohol in the tea, his response was, “That was sweet, and it clearly fell through.” When he returned to replace the tea, he stared at my friend until she finally said, “I’m waiting for you to take that stray and pour it into the new glass.” This behavior made us quite uncomfortable until we asked for boxes for our leftover food. He seemed offended and said, “You’re suddenly full?” I genuinely hope his behavior was meant as playful humor that we simply didn’t understand, but his professionalism with other tables contrasted sharply with his attitude toward us, making it feel personal. As we were likely the youngest couple in the restaurant, we wondered if he noticed this and tried to highlight the age difference. In the end, our bill came to $250, including the 20% tip that was automatically added. We didn’t feel that our experience was worth this amount, and given how we were treated, we would not have tipped the full 20%. We are disappointed that the glowing reviews we had heard were not reflected in our experience."

"Parking at this location can be a challenge. The egg tart is good and have gotten smaller over the years. At least it?s not so small that you can put the whole egg tart into your mouth. The crust was nice a flaky, like it should be. The typical dim sum dishes, har gow and shui mai are good. The sticky rice, rather one large portion, it?s now two smaller portions which still can be shared. The bbq pork, char siu, is good. The have both the steam and baked pork buns. Don?t remember if they have congee. From other reviews about the lady at the front. They are correct she does have an attitude. Be kind. The type of customers that she have encountered could be a reason for her attitude. There are some customers that are very special and there?s nothing you can do to please them. Then there are the one where they say there?s a hair in the food. The hair is blond, brunette, or red, while all the employees hair are black."

"The entire experience was uninspired. We were gruffly greeted by the wait service. I had requested outside dining which was not prepared. Our waitress was also gruff and entirely unhelpful and it took waaay too long for appetizers followed too closely by main course. The chicken and pain fried noodles was mediocre. The velveting of the chicken coating it in corn starch which is done routinely to keep the chicken tender) was way too thick and gummy. One would think that a restaurant with the kind of history from Arcadia would at least have the basics down. It’s an expensive property for them to lease but the food seems to have been forgotten."

"Su shi how delicious this sushi looks?? Let me share with you probably my favorite sushi spot in NYC as of now Bushniwa located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY.I love the aesthetic inside and have ordered both dine in and to go from here. They have a wide variety of items on the menu, from starters and appetizers, rolls and specialty rolls, sushi and sashimi, to dinner plates, soup, noodles, sweets, and more!Some of my go to's are the shrimp tempura and Philadelphia rolls. They are mighty in size and taste. Their house salad dressing and miso soup are tasty too! Service is always attentive and friendly and the prices are affordable and average for a Japanese restaurant. I can't recommend this spot enough!"

"Phenomenal Restaurant! Our Server, Raqeena, was outstanding. Loved the food. The duck, OMG! To die for. Loved the Shishito Pepper and Filet, The Sliced Ribs, French Rainbow Roll, French Kiss Lady Karen, Kabuki Roll, Hamachi Carpaccio, Tiger Shrimp Robata and the Tempura Ice Cream. It was incredible. "The service at this restaurant was terrible. Each of the three entrees we ordered came out separately and there was a long wait in between each one. Despite the restaurant not being very crowded, no explanation was given for the staggered food delivery. The appetizer we ordered to be served with the meal came out way before the entrees. When we asked to have our leftovers boxed up, the server put the rice in the same box as the entrees, causing the rice to soak up all the sauce. This lack of attention to detail and poor meal organization was unacceptable. Overall, the bad service and disorganized meal distribution would make me hesitant to return to this restaurant."

"The food is superb and they have a decent amount of enjoyable drinks on tap. They also just started serving vodka drinks if anyone is interested in that. They used to only have beer and wine. The service is friendly and fast, every time we come. The only reason for 3 stars is because they really need to do something about their menu. Their brunch menu is so limited, it's almost undoable. Looking forward to an expanded weekend menu, but will keep coming back regardless. It's a great spot."
