"Horrible service, The rmanager with red hair was staring at me and it creeped me out. He looked miserable. The bathrooms were messy, and the food was overpriced to say they use imitation products. When i used to go there in the evenings I'd have to wait so long because the employees were outside smoking Marijuana in plain view with the female manager sitting under the umbrellas. I do not recommend this place! They aren't getting any more of my money. I will not eat there ever again!"

"When I first walked into the restaurant, I found it to have a charming atmosphere. However, choosing to eat in proved to be a poor decision. The front staff, made up of teenagers, were distracted by their cell phones and completely ignored us as we entered. The lemons at the drink station were warm and slimy, the booths were dirty and sticky, and the floors were scattered with crumbs and food particles. Although the food was decent, the unkempt dining area and inattentive staff were significant drawbacks. I ordered the pasta salad as a side, but it was unappetizing and tasted stale. If your staff has time to scroll through their phones, they should also have time to clean the booths and vacuum the floor, especially since we were the only customers dining in. It would also be wise to replace the lemons after they’ve been out all day. Overall, this was far from the "superb" experience they advertise. I would recommend going through the drive-thru or opting for takeout, and definitely avoiding the pasta salad if you don’t want to be let down."

"I went to Chicken salad Chick and ordered two large potato soups. Upon arriving home the soup tasted extremely old possibly burned from the bottom of the pot. I enjoy the potato soup often from the Gainesville Florida location. Today it was different, so when I called to inquire, I was treated as a problem for asking questions. I called to inquire very respectfully about how long the soup is generally out for and or if it is stored until the next day. After I spoke to the person who answered the phone regarding my question who had no idea) The phone was forwarded to The manager .. Clay . Clay, spoke very condescendingly toward me since I was inquiring. He then continued to give me the run around and divert my question and walk me around the bush.. as to how long it is out. I informed him I 'm not looking for free soup.. I 'm just inquiring whether or not it is actually FRESH today... I eat it often and it tastes oddly off. OLD! He proceeded to tell me As I already said finally mentioned to me the soup is out for roughly 6 hours or UNTIL ITS GONE.. No Sir, That was the first time you told me it is out roughly 6 hours.. or we would not still be conversing, Thank you!! He hung up. When calling the number back to ask for the manager 's name, I was sent to voicemail multiple times. Then when answered another employee answered a young lady claims she 's the manager and wanted me to explain the situation againn for a third time. It 's too much! THE SOUP IS OLD and the manager is lacking basic customer service skills. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed! This staff needs coaching!!!"

"Currently leaving the restaurant “Chicken Salad Chick.” I would just like to start of by saying I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING! There’s a Caucasian woman here with gray hair that wears a pixie cut black dress who seems to not have wanted to greet my mother I, or even speak to us at all. We walked in she looked right at us said NOTHING. These white women walked in through the side door apparently she knew one of them she lit up she more than gave her a positive experience while the other lady cut in front of us received help from a brown employee. No one spoke to us until a younger woman came asked if anyone had helped us. I told her no that it seemed the lady didn’t even want to greet us like she did the other ladies (everyone dining was white. I left because they didn’t even have tuna salad. But while walking out the lady with the pixie cut black dress MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME quickly looked away. Moral of the story I will never come back here I do not recommend it! Fellow people of color definitely avoid the place, the atmosphere aesthetic of the place was enough anyway tbh."

"I have to say I have driven past this place for the past few years and always been like I should stop and try it and I've just been skeptical because I didn't know what to expect. I ordered from Uber eats and picked out several different items everything was delicious everything tasted fresh there was nothing I didn't like I didn't think I would like grapes with chicken. "Don 't give 5 stars to anyone for any reason, so four stars is my highest rating. This location and the concept is between a local fast food chain and a pricey place. CSC is a quick, fresh, reasonably priced, family meal. Food is made to order fresh, it is good and the experience is important to the staff that experience appears/feels genuine (not required by corporate or a franchisee), the menu is everyday fair but more complex than you might have at home. Though not as fast as other options, I find it to be a better one. Most fast places flow when they are busy, and lose that flow when it is not busy. CSC does not, they are consistent no matter how busy it may be. Not only will I return but I strongly recommend it to anyone (especially with kids or little chicks)!"

"I was really impressed by the level of care I received at this restaurant. Due to my allergies, I have to be extremely cautious, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was given a menu that clearly marked all the major allergens, allowing me to make informed choices for my meal. Ethan even had the kitchen staff change their gloves and made sure to thoroughly clean my table as an additional precaution. It truly meant a lot to me that someone cared so much about my safety. Dining out is a special treat for me, though it always comes with certain risks. I will definitely be returning! Kudos to Ethan and the entire staff for their exceptional service."

"Holy yum, you guys! I've been scouring the Dayton area for a new chicken salad, since Kroger changed theirs and I don't like the new recipe. This stuff is SO good!!The pasta salad isn't drenched in Italian dressing, but it's also not dry.They have 12 different varieties of chicken salad, sides, sandwiches, and desserts. The mobile menu is a little smaller, (things that are easy for transport), but I got the impression that if you wanted something that wasn't on the menu, they could accommodate that.They're based in Mason, but they occasionally do pop-ups in the Dayton area. You order ahead of time, you go to wherever they are, and then get your order, already bagged up and ready to go. Easy ordering, easy pickup, and I even got a free cookie for filling out a survey. I really can't wait until they come back to the area! ?"

"The turkey pesto was incredible and I really loved the traditional chicken scoop and a lemon basil chicken scoop! Full truth...the mac and cheese was bland. It needs a more powerful cheese flavor in there to give it that "yummy mac-n-cheese punch" but otherwise we have a new favorite sandwich restaurant! I even liked how they tape the straw to the top of the cup of soda. The little touches are on point!"

"We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The chocolate cake was so delicious that we ended up purchasing an entire cake to take home after savoring just one slice! We truly had a delightful time and can't wait to return to this location repeatedly, though I'm sure all their other locations are equally wonderful. We even brought our little baby with us, and she was adored by everyone, even though we kept her in her pet carrier. The staff couldn’t get enough of her cuteness! By the way, our kitty’s name is Baby Grogu. I’ve attached some photos of the restaurant and a few of Baby Grogu at home!"

"As a first-time visitor, I was really impressed by the chicken salad here. I chose the Sassy Scotty along with the broccoli salad as a side. The bread was excellent—fresh, warm, and flavorful. "Been eating chicken salad all my life; my own recipe has always been best until I found CSC. I first had the Carol and realized I'd found the perfect chicken salad. I haven't tried any others because the Carol is the pinnacle of chicken salad goodness. But order the broccoli salad as a side, it is also perfect. The only thing I think is a fail is the cookie. I don't think it has much flavor; I always give those back. BTW, if you're thinking of making your own version of the Carol, you're going to be disappointed in the online copycat, it's not good and not even close to CSC Carol. Save your effort and just go get the real thing!"

"This restaurant continually messes up orders, to the point where it's almost amusing. Whether it’s a quiet Monday afternoon at 3:30 in the drive-thru or during a busy lunch rush on the weekend, I can almost guarantee that my order will be wrong. I've lost count of how many times I've had to cook my own bacon at home after being charged for it, or throw away the bread I requested to toast my own, just to move the contents into a new sandwich. It's absurd. Then there's the issue of them frequently running out of white bread around 5:00 or 5:30, and let’s not forget the soup that arrives so cold that it’s too thick to even scoop with a spoon—absolutely unappetizing. It’s a pattern of consistent failures across the board. This place promotes itself as offering a "Simple Concept," but it seems the employees struggle to deliver, missing the mark on the “Superb Experience” they advertise. I am very disappointed with the LaGrange location."

"Youd think it would be easy to get a chicken salad sandwich and a bag of chips. Not so much. My toasted bread was limp and barely toasted, the tomatoes were green an not edible, the lettuce was ok, the pickles were soft and limp instead of crispy and the chicken salad would have been good if there had been enough to taste. It was spread about 1/8" thick so I barely knew it was there. Best thing about the order was the cute little cookie that was included. Never again! A huge disappointment!"
