"Horrible service, The rmanager with red hair was staring at me and it creeped me out. He looked miserable. The bathrooms were messy, and the food was overpriced to say they use imitation products. When i used to go there in the evenings I'd have to wait so long because the employees were outside smoking Marijuana in plain view with the female manager sitting under the umbrellas. I do not recommend this place! They aren't getting any more of my money. I will not eat there ever again!"

I really like Chicken Salad Chick. It's clean, and the people are pleasant. I was so surprised that I'd see a numerous amount of choices in a restaurant that said chicken in the title. I like to mix different kinds at times.

First time trying this chain. I really enjoyed the lemon-basil on a croissant with lettuce and tomato, although you can most order a scoop on a bed of lettuce if watching your carbs. I felt satisfied, but not overstuffed. The inside was clean and the staff were very polite and efficient. I'll definitely be exploring more of their menu. View menu

We're from outta town, but saw this place while driving around. Brand new location. Paint still smells fresh! Staff very friendly and inviting. The chicken salad variety was great. My wife tried the Classic Carol sandwich on wheat, and I had the Olivia's Old South on wheat. We devoured them before I grabbed my camera!!! Overall a nice, different lunch approach with a very clean, new ambiance. Try it!

I didn't know what to expect, but I had been a bit curious about this place. I pass by it everyday. I'm glad I finally went. The chicken salad was really good . The cashier recommended the loaded potato soup and I have never eaten that before. I'm so happy I went with her recommendation it was piping hot and delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the watermelon sweet tea, the concept is nice but there was no flavor or sweetness at all. It pretty much tasted like water.
