"The order was correct, but the quality of the food was very disappointing. I placed a pickup order through the GH app and got the spinach and mushroom omelet with seasonal fruits, while my boyfriend had the steak omelet. Both omelets were drenched in what appeared to be nacho cheese sauce, which we didn’t request, and it completely ruined the taste. As for the seasonal fruits, there were hardly any decent pieces; the apple slices were paper-thin, and the cantaloupe and pineapple consisted mostly of the edges and cores. I won’t be ordering from here again."

"The waitress was constantly in a hurry to leave. There were 2 other people there, So was in such a hurry that I didn't even have time to ask for for refills that we needed. She threw our food down and ran off somewhere. She seemed to have an issue with us asking questions about the food, and was crass with her answers and very flippant; she didn't want to be there from what I could tell. I asked another waitress if she could get us a couple of things we needed but she acted like I was intruding on her time to clean silverware. I didn't know my family was being such a bother to them. I would have gotten the stuff myself if I knew where it was. Overall, it was ok. My family and I will not be going back because of the way we were treated. We are there eating at your establishment, the least you can do is be courteous. They definitely ruined the meal and experience for us."

"Disappointing.. If you?re looking for a true French bakery please don?t come. I ordered a chocolate croissant and it was cut in the middle and they spread some fudge on it.. an offense if you?re French. My friend got a bowl of fruit and yogurt.. that had some moldy blueberries.. Coffee was ok and the service too. The counter looked dusty and not clean at all. They should put more effort on that, since they have a display with desserts. It is also pricey and not worthy."

"Wanted to take my Nephews out for breakfast at IHOP as we have havnt been in years. Now although our waitress was nice, we waited almost 2 hours to eat and then one of the orders were still wrong as it was uncooked. Now they came and took the order back to Remake it but by then everything else had gotten cold. We watched as many people got up and left as they were literally waiting forever to eat or even get a menu, I have never seen this before in my life. When I finally just asked for the ticket we still HAD TO WAIT EVEN MORE. FOR THE TICKET!! Our appetite was completely ruined, so got ready to leave and asked them our selves did they want to be paid or now cause we were about to leave. Then have the right to charge us for $58 and that's after they removed the order they messed up. I just can't recommend IHOP, I can't would have been better off cooking breakfast at home or going to the Huddle House ."

"The service at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, my omelette did not meet my expectations. I usually order a delicious spinach mushroom omelette, but this time the mushrooms were undercooked and rubbery, and all the spinach was on the outside instead of being evenly distributed. It was not as good as I remembered. Despite this, our Christmas tradition at this restaurant was still enjoyable this year. While the omelette was still edible, I was slightly disappointed. I can make a better omelette myself, but I wanted to treat myself for Christmas. I believe that all dishes should be cooked consistently well so that every customer can expect a delicious experience every time."

"I visited this IHOP on Veterans Day 2022, and it has always been a favorite of mine due to its extensive menu and unbeatable breakfast options. I anticipated a crowd that day, and sure enough, there was about a 20-minute wait. Fortunately, just as we arrived, someone was leaving, so we snagged a prime parking spot right out front. The special of the day was a complimentary egg and pancake meal. We enjoyed some coffee while discussing how we should bring the grandkids back for lunch after church. After a brief wait and a steaming cup of coffee, our meals were served. I had expected a small kid-sized meal, but to my surprise, it included two crispy slices of bacon, two perfectly cooked over-easy eggs, and hash browns. Then, a second plate arrived with two enormous, fluffy pancakes adorned in red, white, and blue! The red (strawberries), white (whipped cream), and blue (blueberries) were just as delicious as they looked! I must admit, I devoured most of it; it turned out to be more of a brunch, and I definitely needed a nap afterward. Thank you for the wonderful meal and for honoring veterans! L. "I don't know what happened. I go in have to wait to be seated. Finally someone from the back comes an seats me. Another couple comes in an gets seated , the waitress takes there order I'm still waiting the fellow that seats me brings me a tea. I seat an drink it they bring the food to the other folks. Still not taken my order. Then I hear her say OK. She comes up takes my order an brings me some syrup from the back. Finally got my food an I'm thinking this is going to be good.... Man I tell you what first bite I'm like maybe salt will help. She brings me my check I've just took one bite. So anyway go ahead an pay before the couple. "As the evening progressed, more guests began to arrive, and I saw the manager sincerely apologize to each party before letting them in. He offered them options and explained that they had two cooks and a manager, along with an additional staff member, which I found perfectly acceptable. To my surprise, our food arrived faster than I had anticipated. I noticed that other tables were also receiving their meals without any complaints. I was thoroughly impressed by the manager, the staff, and the other diners. We all understood that sometimes things go wrong, but exceptional customer service shines through in how we handle such situations. Overall, it was the best meal I’ve had!"

"we walked in for dinner at around 8:45, assuming they were open 24 hours since it's posted literally everywhere. the place was a ghost town, so when we sat to order we assumed it might take awhile. but it was 10 minutes before we even got drinks, and fifteen before the food we ordered came out after we ordered it (a chicken sandwich and some chicken strips). we didnt even get everything we'd ordered, and parts weren't correct to how we had ordered it. the staff spent the whole time we were there ignoring us, yelling to each other, and then cleaning around us as loudly as possible by 9:00. will not ever be going back, and would give 0 stars if i could."

"My husband and I both tried different burgers and they were delicious. We had a hard time deciding between all the options as everything sounded fantastic. I am not a huge potato salad fan but I will say this particular potato salad was also fantastic. No specific kids menu but they have a hotdog, cheese quesadilla and chowder all priced at normal kids prices to choose from, which is my daughter's normal go to options anyways. "When our food finally arrived, about 45 minutes after we placed our order, it was hot and flavorful. I would have left earlier, but I didn't want to disappoint my six-year-old, who had chosen the place. It seemed they were short-staffed, like many other restaurants these days. On my second visit, on August 30th, the experience was even worse. We were seated at 10:45 and placed our order around 11:00. The waitress checked on us several times, but by 11:45, only half of our order arrived, and it was both incorrect and cold. I informed the waitress that some items were missing, but by that point, we were too frustrated to keep waiting. It was surprising to see others who had arrived after us receive their food before us. The waitress eventually returned with just one of my side dishes, which was hot, but I inquired about the rest of our order, and she returned four more times to tell me they were still working on it. By 1:00 PM, I expressed to the waitress that this was unacceptable, and she promised to send over a manager. When the manager arrived, I explained our dissatisfaction and suggested that we shouldn't have to pay for the meal. She agreed and left. We then left a tip for the waitress and started to leave. However, the waitress insisted that we had to pay for all the cold food. I attempted to speak with the manager again, but she approached me defensively. I reiterated my concerns about our experience, and she offered no explanation or apology. Instead, she asked if I thought I shouldn’t have to pay. I responded affirmatively, and she crumpled the bill and turned away, saying, “Bye, have a good day.” It was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time. I always try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt for being short-staffed, but this manager's attitude was really disappointing."
