IHOP - Menu

We had a great experience at the restaurant today! The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, I can't recall our server's name.

One of my favorite spots to take my kids. The food is always fresh and the service this last visit was awesome . Check this location out if you're in town.

fantastic experience! our waiter captain charles was phenomenal! the best server we ever had in a restaurant! we live in florida, but when we come back to Georgia, we will definitely see again to our favorite server! it came out super fast. the rest of the staff was also super friendly and so polite. we are very happy about our experience. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. My son ordered the chocolate chocolate pancakes and he loved them. It was a fantastic brunch experience. The shift manager came over to check on us and apologized for the delay, as she mentioned they only had one cook and one trainee in the kitchen. Despite that, our opinion of the brunch remains very positive. Thank you!

My waitress was really sweet, but the kitchen was HORRIBLE. Waited 30 mins for my food. I pretty much order the same item everytime I visit IHOP. I've never gotten a Spinach and Mushroom omelette that looks like this. Gave me salsa instead of hollandaise sauce, used a cheese slice instead of shredded jack and cheddar. Pancakes were hot, omelette was warm, bacon and sausage was COLD. If I wasn't starving I would've asked for a refund and eaten somewhere else.

Last year: This place seems to be deteriorating. My spinach and mushroom omelette looked quite unappetizing, with overcooked edges. The side I ordered was disappointing as well—tiny and burnt, less than half the size of my previous visit. It seemed like they tried to compensate by adding ham to my vegetarian omelette, but I didn't notice that until my friend picked it up. Regarding the sausage—perhaps it's been affected by the pandemic—but they really should consider removing it from the menu. Update 1/22/22: THANK YOU! Maybe new management? Beautiful steak omelette for delivery! Forgot my syrup but I can forgive since I had my own. Last year: This place is getting progressively worse. The customer service is trash. The last two times I came have been horrible. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant the first time I came and I had to wait over 35 minutes just to place my order after sitting down. 6 staff members looked right at me and my family and kept gossiping as if they weren't at work. Then the waitress who gave me and my family drinks coughed right over them. Good Gracious!!!! The second time I came, I had placed an order online. While I was picking up my food the lady who gave me my food kept denying I ordered a drink with my food until she printed out the receipt and saw I actually ordered one. Wanted to take my Nephews out for breakfast at IHOP as we have havnt been in years. Now although our waitress was nice, we waited almost 2 hours to eat and then one of the orders were still wrong as it was uncooked. Now they came and took the order back to Remake it but by then everything else had gotten cold. We watched as many people got up and left as they were literally waiting forever to eat or even get a menu, I have never seen this before in my life.
