"Neal's Coffee Shop offers a complete diner experience with friendly and attentive staff who make sure your table is well taken care of and your drinks are never empty. The menu features consistent, healthy portion sizes. While parking can be a bit tricky, the location inside a supermarket means a short walk after parking. Although I don’t drink coffee, I noticed many customers placing preorders during my visit. The breakfast options are excellent, with a great variety to choose from. Nearby shops make it convenient for a quick bite on the go. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained."

"We went there for the first time tonight for dinner. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I had a hard time deciding on which dinner to choose as they all looked so good. I chose the Gyros Platter. I was especially pleased with the Greek salad, so fresh and the dressing was amazing. The restaurant appeared very clean, and the portions were very generous. I would recommend this restaurant to any and all and we'll be coming back again soon!"

"I expected to pay $11.25 for a salmon Benedict and a little more for a cup of black coffee, but my bill ended up being over $24. The breakfast specials board was obscured by patio furniture, and the menu had a section labeled "breakfast specialties," which are not the same as breakfast specials. The hostess mentioned that many customers have been confused by this, which raises the question of why they haven't updated their menu or made the distinctions clearer for patrons? Be sure to confirm prices before you order! I'm fine with paying $24 for breakfast, but I find it misleading when menus and prices are not clearly communicated. As a native of Bgame, I won't be returning. Additionally, I noticed that the shredded cheese taken from the kitchen was moldy at the bottom of the container, so it definitely wasn't fresh."

"This place truly exceeded my expectations! The blend of restaurant dining and healthy food is wonderfully balanced here. We tried the salmon crepe, which was a solid 5 stars. I’d suggest adding avocado to it. The chili cheese fries were a bit too salty for my taste, so I would give them 3 stars. However, the chicken salad was our absolute favorite! The portions are huge, and it’s not just plain lettuce; it features a proper salad mix with various ingredients and generous amounts of freshly grilled chicken. We're definitely planning to come back!"

"The cafe offers excellent sandwiches and pastries, but I had a disappointing experience when I received a sandwich with moldy provolone cheese. It was surprising that the staff didn't notice the green mold on the white cheese during preparation. I politely requested a remake with cheddar, but they brought it out with pepper jack instead. Unfortunately, by the time I got my meal, my kids had already finished theirs, and they didn't offer any compensation, like a discount or a free pastry. I've been a loyal customer for 28 years, so I was quite let down by this visit."

"As a regular customer, I frequent this restaurant every week to enjoy a meal. I have been a loyal patron for years and have never experienced bad service or food. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly. I am surprised by some negative reviews, as I have always seen the employees go above and beyond to ensure that every customer is taken care of. The manager and owners even provide table service when needed and make sure that everything runs smoothly. "The name West End Wine Bar Pub doesn't do much justice to the restaurant. In my opinion, this is an amazing business-casual farm-to-table restaurant and bar! This is great choice for dinner. There is a pub downstairs. Excellent salads, appetizers, entrees, and sandwiches. Everything on the menu is fresh. Salad options are especially well done and are as fresh as it gets. Local farm sourced meats and vegetables are featured and are frequently available. The atmosphere is like a relaxed fine-dining restaurant. Service has been outstanding! Very popular place. The venue is a nicely repurposed beautiful former 1915 inn. They do take reservations, which during typical dinner times, fill up quickly, so those are a must. Once in a while we luck out if just stopping by to check on the spot availability. However we usually find immediate seating if we make reservations avoiding typical dinner times. There is also a very nice new enclosed outdoor seating area. Parking is free and available, although can be a bit tight at their busy times. Handicapped accessibility is very good; multiple handicapped parking spaces are close. There is a wheelchair lift from the parking lot to the restaurant. The menu is artfully designed and executed. The kitchen is highly competent and hardworking, providing orders within reasonable waits. Everything on the menu is excellent. Portions tend to be large. An appetizer and a salad can make a whole meal. The short ribs entree is not to be missed. The pork chops are also a favorite entree. The full bar is very capable. The bar area is a very good seating option if tables aren't available. They offer creatively-done cocktails. Very good bourbon list, quite a number of favorites are included. Wine list is carefully curated and is well rounded. It's well worth a visit, and no kidding it will be a happy experience! We have been there many times and it's always been very good. It's tucked away on the west side of town, but it's not to be missed. Highly recommended!"

"I love a good diner breakfast, and Bridgeport Restaurant provides just that. Prices are fair and portions are generous. Service is always friendly and accommodating. It's also a favorite of my 4 year old, who enjoys drawing on the paper placemats and chatting up the servers as well as practically inhaling the scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage from the kids' menu. Glad they have reopened for takeout and look forward to supporting them again in person in the future."

"For starters i called to see if it was busy before arriving, they said no. We had about a 20 min wait before anyone came to our table to ask if we wanted drinks. We placed our order at that time and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Several families entered after us and had their food BEFORE US. At the hour and 5minute mark i ask d the waiter if she knew the eta she got brothered by my question. She came back out with our food 5minutes later. Our food was cold...the hash browns were rubbery like they sat around for a while! I asked the waiter what the issue was and she mentioned there were a lot of orders but then when I questioned the other people eating before us and it felt like we were forgotten she mentioned the back staff was to blame....just horrible service and unfortunately the food was just as bad."

"I had the Thai wrap and it was amazing—so flavorful! It was so delicious that I ended up eating it too quickly and got full really fast, haha. I couldn't finish the other half. I also loved how it was paired with fruits. Robin was my server and she was so much fun; I really enjoyed her company. It felt like I was relaxing at the beach with great people. "that was our second time in this restaurant. server john was very slow and not hospitable, he took about 20-25 minutes to welcome us, and when we asked to wait for him after sitting there for 45 minutes, he said he was willing to take our order (but did not come to our table). Chessboard lasted 30 minutes to get out and had hardly any cheese on it (2/3 of board was covered by toast, 1 disc apple and 8 grapes). the two hangers steaks came cold and very small, crushed on the same plate as the salat and pommes, so that the fries and salat were soaked in steak juices. lachspasta was also cold. cream brûlée had no taste except the taste of egg yolk and was extremely thick as cream cheese. tiramisu was okay, but sloppily presented. total took 2 hours for us to get our food and eat, although we were here between 1-3, which was extremely slow in caffe. very disappointing for the price. we may try again, but would recommend the cafe provence for an authentic and hospitable experience with first-class food"

"Was in the area and looked around on Google maps to find a place to grab lunch with my boyfriend. Decided to try this place and was so pleased! The area was clean and neat looking. The waitresses we're friendly and prompt. The food was delicious! I had the chicken tenders and my boyfriend had the gyro platter. My chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The batter was a wonderful golden brown. The fries were the same crispy and golden. My boyfriend said his gyro was good and very stuffed. The price on lunch was great too. Overall I'm really glad we stopped in and even though I live about 45 minutes away, I might just make the trip here again for that chicken. Amazing!"

"When a 20% gratuity is included we expect to get great service. It started off well, but as the night went on, it took 20 minutes to get our mussels and chocolate cake. Took another 10 minutes to get a glass of wine that was ordered at the same time. It should never take 30 minutes for a glass of wine. The waitress didn’t check on us for at least 15 minutes when we had to flag her down to ask where our items were. It took another 15 nights after we were done eating to get our checks, another 10 for her to come back and get the payment. Valet service was also full and told us we had to park on the street or in the underground garage. I won’t be back…"

"This was our third visit to Georgie's and was hoping for as satisfying evening as the first two visits. We drove 150 miles to specifically go there for a milestone birthday. We requested the exceptional server we had on our 1st two visits, Pearl, but unfortunately, were not seated in her area. Nothing was mentioned by the obviously unhappy hostess about the request when we were lead to our table, so we assumed it was not a problem. We soon realized it was but having both worked in fine dining, we did not want to make a fuss. The wedge salad at Georgie's is a special treat so we enjoyed that with some steamers for appetizers. However, the main course prime rib we both ordered was both cool and chewy. (Wish I would have again ordered the amazing seafood pasta I had on a previous visit! Overall, we were disappointed and will not make a special trip (with the overnight hotel expense just to go but if in the area, would probably give it another chance. The ambiance and view are very enjoyable."

"Food is always made fresh with quality ingredients. This place is very affordable and has various options for everyone. Pastries are made daily, and they're so rich and delicious. Personally I love their breakfast options, and salad options. I highly recommend the tuna stuffed avocado salad or salad bar. Amy and the staff that's been there for years are wonderful. Not only is the quality everlasting but so is the great service. If you've got a sweet tooth all their muffins are mouthwatering, our favorite is the pecan muffin. They keep a newspaper by the register, you should pick it up and look at it while you're looking around."

"Dec 2023 update. Ahi Tuna lettuce wrap was delicious and Buffalo wrap was good. Great service. Feb 2022 update. Menu much smaller now. They were also not serving a lot of items due to lack of cook staff. We had Salmon Salad which was ok and salmon was very under cooked and the Uptown Chopped, which again was just ok. Probably would not get them again but they have other items we would come back for. The atmosphere is great and the staff excellent. Menu is HUGE. We stopped for breakfast, lunch menu not serviced until 11. **** Mary was good but small $5). The Quesadilla looks great but meh, not much taste even after adding salsa, cholula and sour cream. "It 's almost like this restaurant completely gave up, what used to be packed was quite empty for lunch. There was a hair in my food, error after error, and poor service all around.As soon as we were seated the nightmare started. We were seated in a table that was broken, the lightest touch and tilted like a seesaw. The hostess gave us attitude just for asking to be moved.Then came one of the worst waitresses I have ever encountered (receipt said name was Evan but not sure). After a long wait she finally showed up. Our party of 3 all asked for water, waitress only brought one water? Asked for water again but waitress forgot again. We 've now been waiting quite a while and waitress finally asks for our drink order, so we order drinks and say we are ready to order food. Waitress says she can 't take the food order yet? what?! And that she 'll be back, proceeds to disappear. Drinks don 't come out for 15 minutes and waitress doesn 't show up once. Finally waitress comes to take the order, she repeats the order twice incorrectly. Part of order does come promptly but waitress put in the wrong order (potato crisps instead of country potatoes). Have to flag her down to address it and ask for water AGAIN.Finally my meal comes last, there 's a GIANT HAIR across my breakfast sandwich. Of course waitress is missing again. After 5 minutes of waiting, i get up and go find her myself, I explain the situation and she says she 'll be right there. Waitress proceeds to walk past our table and take another parties order, take payment from another table, and actively ignoring us. Everyone is almost done eating and I am still sitting with a plate with a hair in front of me. No offer to remake it, no offer for another item, just ignored. I get up and request a manager. When the manager shows up i 'm heated and complaining at the lack of service/food/errors. Waitress proceeds to walk up and lie, says she did address the hair with me but no manager was around? What??!!! Also tells the manager look there 's a glass of water on the table so what 's the issue?Manager was just as incompetent. First question manager asked was do you want to keep the plate or would you like me to remake it? Who would say yes I want to eat the food with hair in it thats been sitting untouched for what was probably 15 minutes? Manager completely ignores and fails to address the service complaints. Replacement plate took just as long to make yet it looked like it was microwaved (limp yet steaming croissant sandwich). Manager then says I took the sandwich off your bill and I also took the replacement sandwich off So she was going to charge me for both?? Oh and at the time the replacement showed up is when the Country Potato finally showed up for the error the waitress first made.Manager did not assign another waitress to us and old waitress continued to completely ignore us. Yet found it in her heart to show up for payment and sarcastically say she hopes we had a great time and service..."
