Resorted to online support. Rather than remaking my sandwich the correct way that I paid for (had a picture of the burger AND my receipt), their best offer was an In App (which I do not use, this was my first, and now last, visit in years) free cheeseburger WITH additional purchase. So I have to buy something else in order to get what I paid for? When I told them that didn 't work, and asked to just refund the amount I overpaid, they terminated the online support with a 'thank you '. So I guess sonic could care less if you get what you paid for. Havnt hear anything for days so figured I 'd share my experience. The poor girl at the DT window was also very overwhelmed, she was only one I saw running around trying to get stuff out. I 've worked in food for over 15 years, I 'm still shook they didn 't offer to correctly remake my sandwich, that 's typically the FIRST thing you offer. So unless you 're positive they will get your order right, it 's best to steer clear."
