"Placed an order for a coke float i got to the Drive threw it was already made, and yes i had look on my face like this isn't the way it supposed to be made. Never said anything to them about it, i guess the unprofessional GIRL saw how i was looking andasked why was i looking at it like that, i replied nicely and told her that it was more coke than what it should've been..butbefore that she asked the drive there cashier if the order was mines and was she gonna give it to me before it melt. It hadalready looked bad So the UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL SNATCHED THE COKE FLOAT OUT OF MY HAND wow I didn't respond BECAUSEUNDOUBTEDLY SHE NOT READY FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND OF COURSE SHE NEEDED HER SONIC JOB!! You always hear the bad news about customer service....Well, let me tell you about Dewey! He was so pleasant when he took my order. I also enjoyed seeing his smiling face when he delivered my food to my car. No, I don't know him, but he brightened up my day.

Worst Sonic in West Monroe. I visited last week and my order was incorrect; when I addressed it, they promised to fix it, but it was wrong again. Most recently, I ordered a burrito and a sweet tea. The burrito was not what I asked for, and my tea was unsweetened. The wait times are also terrible, even for the simplest orders!

Absolutely ridiculous. Could not get anyone to answer at the stalls. We went to two of them. Decided to go thru drive thru. Ordered and waited and waited. Two people behind us got their orders. We finally got our blasts. They were milk. We didn 't accept them and got a refund. Probably around 30 minutes wasted. Girl at window... 'I can 't do anything about the ice cream '. View menu

If you order extra you should just get it on the side and be sure to check all of your items before you leave and what ever you do don't order a cherry limeade and ask for extra cherries cause your going to pay for them and not get the. It's happened to methe last 2 times I went plus they will sell you a hot dog that has been sitting out for 2 and a half hrs no one I meanabsolutely no one eats old tough rubber hot dogs

Waited 45 for food, called back on the stall button to see what was taking so long, they said they were short handed. Another 20 minutes goes by, and we called ba k inside for the guy to tell us he threw away our order because he thought we drove off. We then asked him to cancel our order and bring us a receipt of the cancelation because we paid for it with our card. So far another 15 minutes freaking waiting. NEVER AGAIN at this location

Worst sonic in west Monroe! Every time we get anything from here it’s never right. Called 5 times to complain they never answer. Currently have Covid and sent a friend today to this location to get food the ticket is right 2 cheeseburger no tomato both, large tot and large chili cheese tot. Nope. Got a large cheese tot that looked like they threw two slices of cheese on it and put in a microwave. No chili, two regular hamburgers no cheese loaded down with some slimy old looking tomato’s and a HAIR IN ONE OF THE BURGERS!!! this is ridiculous! View menu

I went to this location on 11/17/22 since it was close to my gym but won't be going back again. I will go to my normal stop on Cypress street even though it's out of my way. I pulled in the drive thru at 9:42 to order a DRINK only with 2 vehicles in frontof me waited till 10:01 to receive my drink. The girl who was working the drive thru Faith was so slow she must of beentoting weights on her body because she was the slowest I've ever seen at Sonic. She finally brought me my drink without areceipt because there was still a vehicle in front of me. I watched her as she leaned on the counter waiting for the order infront of me. Someone must of said something to her cause the line was backed up...
