"This restaurant should be closed down and replaced by another company. The prices have gone up after inflation, but the quality of the food has improved. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, and we were given smaller portions than we had requested. It took about 30 minutes for our food to be served. The kitchen seems unorganized and the staff are not efficient. Another review mentioned a negative experience from a former employee. I suggest boycotting this establishment and reporting it to the food and health department."

"I placed an order online and the food was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. When I got home and started drinking my sweet iced tea Route 44 with cherry flavor and real cherries, I was disappointed to find that there were no real cherries in it. I would have returned to the store if I wasn't so far away. I will make sure to double-check my order next time. The service for takeout was lacking, but the food and atmosphere were good. Prices were affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. Overall, I would give the food a 5, service a 1, and atmosphere a 5."

"I am posting here since Sonic doesn’t care to reach out regarding their poor customer service at this location.I am disappointed with the service I received. I placed a Sonic mobile order at 11:49am 9/07/22. I was that far from the sonic and arrived shortly and checked in on the app putting in stall 20. I saw my name popped up on the stall screen and proceeded to wait. All I ordered was a medium drink and a pretzel twist. It took about 20minutes before I received my order. I had to press the button and ask if my order was being made. It did not appear that busy at all due to not seeing very many cars in the stalls. They came out and handed me my food and I immediately checked it. There was no cheese dip in the bag for my pretzel so I called out saying there should have been some with it. She comes back out hands it to me and walks off. No apology or nothing. The cheese dip sauce she gave me was so cold I could barely dip my pretzel (not sure if that was on purpose or not). I was on my lunch break and they took a huge chunk of that time from me. I also noticed my receipt was reprinted so they either gave my meal to someone else or failed to even notice the order existed. Very disappointed and will more than likely not be visiting this location again due to the poor service and poor customer service."

"If I could give zero stars I would. 25 minutes ago we were the second car here and placed our order of shakes. 18 minutes ago it said it was being delivered. We have watched 8 other cars come and go with their drinks. We are still waiting. This is ridiculous. I understand short-staffed, but this is complete incompetence. She was sincere in her apologies and attentive to our needs. I completely understand that things happen—I'm human too! "Most the time I have a good experience here. Lately, not so much. My orders have been messed up. Today I ordered the grilled cheeseburger, no mustard add garlic butter. When I got it there was mustard and no garlic butter. The nice lady said she'd have them remake it. I wish I could share the picture I took. When I say my sandwich was sitting in a pool of garlic butter, the wrapper had a puddle of it in it. I didn't mess up the order. But when correcting it, they didn't need to go overboard. "I’m not sure if my name will appear, but I’ve been a regular customer at the Sonic in Forest for the past three weeks, and I’m quite disappointed with my recent experiences. My orders have consistently been incorrect; the cheese sticks are hard with unmelted cheese, the tater tots are also hard, and my sandwiches are not prepared as I requested. Moreover, the food is often not warm. I’m not sure what’s causing these issues, but I’ve been wanting to share this review. Unfortunately, I will no longer be dining at the Sonic in Forest. I was a loyal customer, visiting two to three times a week with my family, but we will be taking a break from this location until improvements are made. The service has been poor, and it’s truly disappointing."

"I love it on foot after 8. It's just around the corner of my residence, and I love LOVE the Iced coffee with caramel and cream. It's a little reward to take me outside and go. And this price is great. I can get 2 coffee and a Rt. 44 diet coke and an ice cone for less than I expected (like much less) and I first got my ice cream because these guys are fantastic. Maybe it took 3 minutes to get my ice cone, and maybe 3 more before I got the rest of my order, and I was on my way. I'm a repeater."
