"I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. There were five girls just laughing and jumping around, completely ignoring the customers. I decided to try a different stall and waited an additional 10 minutes, buzzing for service three times. Eventually, I went to the drive-thru, but no one answered at the speaker. After waiting 30 minutes for ice cream, I ended up crossing the street to Baskin-Robbins, where I was served within two minutes with a friendly smile and enjoyed two scoops of delicious ice cream. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem here; it seems like they just can’t be bothered. They weren’t busy or overwhelmed; they were simply goofing off instead of paying attention to customers."

On our trip to breakfast stopped and not only was it delicious, but HOT. Loved the coffee as well as the breakfast sandwich on Brioche. Bacon and egg brioche was delicious.

I had to try her seawater, and to me, it tasted like a mix of coconut water and Sprite. It was surprisingly delicious! They should definitely give it a shot next time, if they haven't already.

I recently dined at the Sonic Drive-In in West Monroe and was pleasantly surprised by how hot and fresh the food was. The customer service was outstanding, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. A big shout-out to the team for their commitment to quality and service!

Worst sonic visit ever. Not only did my barbecue popcorn chicken come with pretty much non existent sauce. It looked like somebody ate 3/4 of it then they gave me what was left over. No utensils or straw for my drink and I had to wait about 20 minutes for this sorry excuse for a meal. View menu

Nothing but pure laziness, ordered two blast only to have an employee cover the top layer with toppings and nothing inside the actual ice cream. Who ever is letting their employees at this franchise put out this kind of quality should be ashamed!! I will never return to this location again, ridiculous!

Okay, not for sure when or why, they don't serve the banana split anymore, but that was only some of it, the girl that brought the order out handed me the food and said have a good night, only problem, no napkins. Had to call them back out. And another thing, what happened to you guys putting the nut on a hot fudge sundae, and it just had a little bit of the cool fudge on the sides of the cup and a little drizzled over the top, anyways they were also out of whipped topping! There is a Walmart right next door
