"I’m giving this restaurant three stars because we’ve ordered from them several times before, and it was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the pulled pork sandwiches, brisket entrée, and ribs. Although it's on the pricier side, it felt worth it until recently. They've changed from serving brisket as a slab to ground brisket, which took me by surprise. When I called to inquire about it, I was informed that the change had been made a year and a half ago and that the ground brisket was supposedly an improvement. I disagree with that claim. Furthermore, they packaged the fries in the same container, which caused the entire bottom layer to become greasy. It also seems they've altered their mac and cheese; while it was still acceptable, it had a different texture and color. Given that the quality has declined, I won't be ordering again, as it's difficult to justify the expense."
