"The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. My steak salad was overly dressed, leaving the lettuce mushy. My husband's pizza was also soggy in the middle, requiring him to eat it with a fork. We both struggled to enjoy our meals and ended up leaving still feeling hungry. The standout dish was the brisket fries; they were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. While we've had better experiences here in the past, tonight seemed to fall short, and based on this visit, we likely won’t return."

Nice atmosphere- good was ok. I got the pasta dish. My husband and brother also ordered a very small pasta dish that was not very much food. Nice server but he forgot about us for 10-15 minutes at a time. View menu

The chicken on my salad and our pizza was refrigerated pieces of what looked like leftover chicken with no flavor and was extremely dry. Normally when you ask for chicken on a salad you get some freshly cooked chicken breast. The same went on our pizza. I don’t ever complain about food, and I haven’t ever had this experience at the Steamplant before. But, it was disappointing to say the least.

The service could definitely use improvement, although our server was very nice. It seemed like he had a lot of tables to manage, which may have contributed to the delays. We didn't feel attended to as much as we would have liked. It took an incredibly long time for our drinks to arrive—about 25 minutes before anyone even took our first drink order, and then another 30 minutes before we could place our food order. However, the tacos were fantastic!
