"As an out-of-town visitor, my first experience at this restaurant was unfortunately also my last. While the food and drinks were enjoyable, the reservation system and seating process were extremely disorganized and in need of improvement. Despite having a reservation, we waited for about 45 minutes for our table, only to find another group already seated in our section. The waitress was helpful in getting us a new table, but we were then informed of a 2-hour time limit for sitting. We were seated late and had to move to a different table, resulting in us not placing our order until an hour after our reservation time. As we were still enjoying our meal and drinks, security abruptly approached us and asked us to leave to make room for another party, even though we had not reached the 2-hour limit. It was a frustrating experience, especially during a busy weekend with Beyoncé's Renaissance tour in Houston. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed and unprepared for the influx of customers. I believe they should have implemented a reservations-only seating policy to handle the crowd. Overall, the staff, including security and the seating hostess, need to improve their customer service mentality, communication, and organizational skills."
