"I'm always having location. Half fries, old fries. Loogies in my McChicken mayo. Taking my coffee behind the drive thru window for conveniently just a second. Old meat and eggs. Today I just waited 8 minutes in the curbside pickup for a large iced coffee. Then when they were empty and they vanished from the window, where I could've seen them make it, I pulled up to the drive-thru window where I waited another 6 minutes at a vacated drive thru window. My coffee was already made and once again conveniently out of view from the drive thru. Also, there's no coffee in it it's mostly just creamer. The owner doesn't do refunds for the app and likes to tell you you're wrong and his staff is perfect. I had to dump my purchase ONCE AGAIN. I've probably wasted somewhere around $30 worth of food here. Really a hit or miss."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, the drive-thru service was terrible. The employee grabbed my card from my hand without a word, and at the second window, they nearly shoved the food at me without saying anything either. To top it off, when I opened the bag, I discovered it wasn’t even the correct order, which only made me more frustrated."

"I ordered a double cheeseburger, medium fry, and a 6 pc nuggets. I parked 15 feet from window, and had cold fries, i specifically asked for fresh fries, i like them hot. I drive around, no cars in line, ask for fresh, told her i asked for that, she said sorry, gave me a new one said they just came out. I know fresh takes over 2 min. I drive from speaker to window, in 5 seconds, she has new already. I park 15 feet from window, again. Can tell they werent fresh, they tookcold ones, dropped in oil a few seconds. Then gave to me. Im not stupid, they tastehorrible. Nuggets were cold, and cheeseburger as well. What makes them think i want cold stale food after i asked for fresh? Should have just got my back. Wont eat here again. Its 830pm they werent busy at all. No customers inside or in drive thru whole time i sat and ate this garbage."

"4 out of 5 stars simply because the sign says, Lobby Open , and due to staffing shortages the doors were all still locked. Over a dozen people tried to go inside and could not. This has happened numerous times in the last couple weeks to us.Food is always good! We usually use the app to order as the line is sometimes obscenely long, with double lines hanging out onto Chicago drive..... The workers are doing the best they can, with who shows up. We appreciate them!!!(Side note: Sadly, after some COVID updates, the app orders pick up location has switched to the side of the building where you enter the drive thru. [It used to be better located on the opposite side of the building, where the puck up windows are. NOW, if you go during a busy time for pick up, you cannot even get into, or out of, the pickup food spots, as there are sometimes 2 sold lanes of non-movinh traffic waiting in the drive thru line.The app pick up spots really need to be relocated back to the other side."

"Clearly a staple of American cuisine regardless if you like or loath it. I've been boycotting them for a number of years now as when they initially rolled out the mobile app, it was a less than satisfactory experience. I figured I don't need to put up withthat, they have competition, and I didn't. Fast forward a number of years and I find myself in a situation where the choices aremore limited than in the past. So, I gave it another try. I'm quite impressed at the progress of the mobile app. Smooth now.I'll not speak to the food, hardly anyone doesn't know exactly what it's like, it's how they are adapting to changing marketsthat I find neat. I now really enjoy the convenience, the cost savings, and the option of skipping the drive thru, having foodbrought out curbside. McDonald's is a survivor, I've been happy to renew my acquaintance."

"Awful experience... The fries were cold and lacked salt—they should have been freshly made. The McNuggets were disappointing as well. "the place itself is fine the only problem i have is with the manager max who declined my brother a job due to who his father in which under indiana law as stated “The people of Indiana are entitled by law to work and seek employment without being discriminated against on the basis of their disability, national origin, ancestry, race, color, religion, gender and their status as a veteran”. this goes against ancestry and could be taken to an attorney within 180 days of it happening. this manager is an unfair and unfit person for the job if nothing happens i will seek action"

The wait for my order was a bit long. Unfortunately, there is no lobby for dine-in customers, so it is drive-thru only. The menu has a good variety of options. The ice machine is often out of order, and the screen at the drive-thru is usually not working. The service for payment and receiving food is slow."
