"I received my order promptly. The server placed my straw, ketchup packets, and hot sauce packets in their pocket. The food was fresh and hot, but there was too much ice in my drink. The wait for my order was a bit long. Unfortunately, there is no lobby for dine-in customers, so it is drive-thru only. The menu has a good variety of options. The ice machine is often out of order, and the screen at the drive-thru is usually not working. The service for payment and receiving food is slow."

The owner needs to step up and make their employees actually work! Lazy a people. Turning off the lights and hour before closing and saying the can’t make some cookies or this or that. No you can, you’re just to lazy to do so. The owners should be ashamed and stripped of they franchise. Run your business or don’t open it in the first place. What a joke.
