"This was the slowest fast food experience I've ever had. Waiting 40 minutes for a burger, fries, and a shake? Although the shake was enjoyable, the fries and onion rings were soggy, and the burger was just average. I was really disappointed. The service was extremely slow, especially considering there were hardly any customers. I won’t be returning anytime soon; they wouldn’t stand a chance in California with service like this! LOL."

"I would order BurgerFi again. The only item I would not recommend is the Concrete . It was basically a ton of toppings in milk. Based on the name and the pic, I was expecting a consistency closer to ice cream or a milk shake. I put it in the freezer while I ate the other items, but it remained soupy. There was no description listed on the site where the meal was ordered, so my expectations may have been off. It was not enjoyable. They can 't all be winners the rest of the meal was good. I would recommend the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and Fresh Cut Fries REGULAR). The Cheese Sauce container $1.49 for about 2.5 Tbs Velveeta like cheese topping) is way too tiny not to be appropriately filled mine was not). Had it been full, one container would have been adequate for 1/2 of the Regular size fries, the smaller of 2 options offered. Two containers would be necessary if you wanted enough cheese sauce for the whole portion of fries which seems reasonable and works well for sharing the smaller but generously sized portion of fries, enough for at least two people."

"This place is a joke. 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a kids fry. Restaurant is disgustingly filthy. Kids running everything, starting a fight in the kitchen area shouting ?F-this and F-that and F-you? it?s a Monday night. They aren?t that busy. Teenage employees too busy running their mouths to do their job. We were given the wrong order and when I took it back up the girl snatched the bag and rolled her eyes as if I were my fault she gave us the wrong order. When we got our order it was dry, the burgers were cooked to a crisp and the fries were soggy. The other burgerfi locations are great, and funnily enough there were training guides left on the front counter for everyone to see. Get it together. There was one employee (didn?t catch his name) that was very kind and actually went and made our order for us (he had longer curly hair and glasses) he?s about all they have going for them. -35/10"

"This is the best burger, chicken sandwich, and chicken tenders I've ever had! The packaging is creative and enjoyable, and the food looks incredible before you even take a bite! I've been eagerly waiting to order again, but I have to hold off until my next paycheck because you absolutely need to try all three items I mentioned. A shake is also a great addition—I had the strawberry shake, and it was fresh and easily sipped through the impressively large straw provided. I absolutely love this place. It gives Chick-fil-A some serious competition, and the menu is packed with amazing options!"

"I never write reviews, so that?s saying a lot in the first place. Now, I don?t know if it was just this crew working today(Sunday 8:15pm-ish), but the service was absolutely horrible. The staff was cutting up, having full on conversations while taking orders, and walking around leisurely like there were no customers in the building waiting. I ordered a Oreo cookie milkshake, they were out of Oreos. I settled for a vanilla shake thinking I would be getting a regular Burger fi vanilla shake I?m used to..very wrong. No sprinkles, no whip cream.. just straight up vanilla?not even going to call it a shake.. it was more like a Wendy?s frosty, more ice cream than shake. If I wanted a frosty I would have just gone to Wendy?s. All I ordered was one shake that took 15 minutes to make with one other customer that was in front of me who had already ordered before I walked in. It was honestly pathetic? just.. do better.."

"Food was good, but pricy. (Pre Bengals Game, live music outside, BUSY atmosphere) When we first sat down (festival seating at a long table we eventually overtook) The line was out the door, when we got to order, they said they weren't taking orders for onion rings... Fries were delish, Burger reminded me of basic fast food with a stamped bun. We each ordered individually, but still seemed to take FOREVER. 2nd round of kids rolled in, ~30 minutes later at the start of the game.... Line was still out the door, but they were able to order onion rings they did NOT disappoint! Plan on walking to get here."

"UPDATE August 29, 2017: "I still visit BurgerFi weekly. Although my order has changed, the experience remains consistently excellent. The food is always served hot and fresh, and the staff continues to be incredibly friendly, greeting me by name when I arrive. Now, I go for a double cheeseburger with the complimentary jalapeños. I always request a generous portion of the special sauce on the side and a large serving of cajun fries. No matter where I find myself in town, I’m willing to make the drive for my BurgerFi cravings.""
