Service was absolutely amazing!! Super welcoming and accommodating!! Sharissa was absolutely amazing!!

2nd time at this location I ordered a double burger no cheese mushrooms, onion, lettuce and tomatoes , they give me cheese. We took it back in to get it fixed when I got home and open my burger this is what I get maybe half mushroom and a few pieces ofonions. Definable will not be going there again. And they never apologized for messing up my dinner the first time!!!

The only positive aspect of this experience was the friendly girl at the counter. It took 15 minutes for us to receive our order, even though we were the only customers there. They explained that the delay was due to making fresh ranch dressing, which meant our food sat untouched for 10 minutes. To top it off, the food was overpriced; we spent $25 for just two items. My 5 star review is pre food bc I’m just so damn impressed with whoever is running the front of house on 11/11/23. Dude with big gauges in your ears, you are doing an outstanding job. Attentive, personable, helpful to your team. I see it. I’m here just enjoying my beer wishing my staff cared half as much as you do. Great job. I’m extremely Impressed by you work ethic. These wings are yummy.

The burgers are good, always Angus beef. BurgerFi is certainly much better than other burger options, and this new location seems to have greatly improved from back when they first opened, so give them a try. I always order ahead for pickup, but so farthey haven?t been crowded at all both times that I did. Could be that there?s a first watch nearby which has healthieroptions. For some reason, you cannot order shakes at this location, at least on the app. That might be location specific. View menu

You place your order at a kiosk now. If you order a beer, nobody is at the counter to pour it. You do not get it until the food is brought out. The kids who order kids meals will not get their beverage until the food is brought out as well. Therestaurant is dirty. Nobody is on the floor cleaning tables in between patrons. The trash is overflowing. We are not fromDelray. But, I see all of the locals ordering to go. They must know better. The food is surprisingly good considering theexperience.

Yum! Watch out shake shack, this is a contender! Friendly staff and delicious food. Their shakes are massive and made with custard, so yes it's pretty decadent. Their spicy chicken sandwich is so crispy and so hot! The sauce is honey ghost pepper sothat gives you an idea of the heat. The cheeseburger was pretty good. The packaging is efficient to eat in the car andcute! Every piece of furniture is made of recycled material, from chairs made with recycled Coke bottles, you name it, it's beenrepurposed. Very cool chain. Check it out!

I never write reviews, so that?s saying a lot in the first place. Now, I don?t know if it was just this crew working today(Sunday 8:15pm-ish), but the service was absolutely horrible. The staff was cutting up, having full on conversations whiletaking orders, and walking around leisurely like there were no customers in the building waiting. I ordered a Oreo cookiemilkshake, they were out of Oreos. I settled for a vanilla shake thinking I would be getting a regular Burger fi vanilla shakeI?m used to..very wrong.
