"I ordered online and went in for a cheese slice. The store was packed, but the three workers were handling it brilliantly—taking orders quickly and serving them even faster. They were all very polite. The next day, I went back for a pepperoni and a cheese slice, but unfortunately, the website didn’t have the option for the pepperoni slice, so I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Frank was incredibly nice and corrected my mistake, giving me the right slice. I love this pizza place, not only because of the wonderful staff, but also because the food is amazing!"

"I had the worst experience I've ever had at a pizzeria. We ordered Buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks, and two pizzas. The pizza was just mediocre and undercooked, but at least it was still edible. The mozzarella sticks tasted just like the frozen ones I already have at home. However, the Buffalo wings were a complete disaster—every single one was covered in feathers! It was absolutely disgusting, and we ended up throwing away two dozen wings. There wasn't a single wing without feathers! I would have returned them, but it was dark, and I don't drive at night. I will never go back there again. Don't waste your money!"

"Had to run quickly for lunch, only my debit card did not think that there could be a minimum purchase, I ordered 2 regular slices of pizza. Came to $4. 87, the girl asked if I got something else, I told her no, but what the minimum is, she said $6.00. She asked if I wanted a well silk, I said we had a coke. Well, then a Mountain Dew, she said ok take one from the refrigerator got a can Mountain Dew my bill was 8.57. When I said, why so high she told me I had the special! Two slices of pizza and soda! 4,00 for a soda can! I'll never go there again! If I wasn't in a hurry, she would have refunded my money."

"I went on a Saturday night I have reservations I tried to tell the woman who is the owner that I have a reservation at 6:30 she was I think overwhelmed with a party in the back she just brought me to the back room and gave me menus she came back again I tried to tell her again and she just said yeah okay I was a little iffy with the service but I guess they were all very very overwhelmed and that shouldn't happen when you have people coming to your restaurant the food excellent when I left I had to stop someone to please let them know that I had a reservation on OpenTable I would definitely go back again hoping that this time the owner is a little more respectful of the people coming in I'm sure she is on a normal base but I think she just I don't know the whole place was overwhelmed"

"Food was okay, we were seated with a party of 12 that was screaming or yelling in the same room I was not able to talk to any one on our table because It was so loud. I request the manager multiple time yet I never spoke to a manager no one ever came to our table. We had small children and the large party was using profanity like crazy. The hostess kept apologizing but never attempted to get the manager for us to get a different table. Displace was so disappointing because I did see that guy had a lot of great things to say about it. Specially since I am out of town. I would never go back to this place I felt like I was not taken serious as a customer. Idk if it was because the party of 12 were white and my table were all Mexican. What ever the case is. Will never visit this place again. Terrible customer service."

"I reached out in some Facebook groups for recommendations on local catering that not only tastes great but also delivers. I received several suggestions for Hartsdale House of Pizza, and they certainly lived up to the hype! The food arrived on time and was piping hot. I ordered a large tray of Chicken Marsala, Penne Vodka, and Eggplant Rolentini, and each dish was absolutely delicious! My guests couldn't stop complimenting the food; it was seriously tasty! I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go back to support them and order pizza. It was fantastic! The thin, crispy crust and flavorful sauce made it a hit—even my picky 12-year-old thought it was the best pizza he’s ever had (and he loves pizza!). Mark, the owner, was incredibly helpful as well. Kudos to Hartsdale House of Pizza!"

"We just had dinner there , apps were good., it was our dinner entrees that were not cooked properly. Both of our penna pastas was cooked mushy and the chicken was tough and chewy. I explained to the waitress (who was very nice) when the check came, I asked her if she told the appropriate person about our dinner, she said yes. I said the right thing to do is for someone to come out and talk to us, no one did and no one cared ,I told her I'm not coming back here then.... it was like ok...whatever. They had a wine tasting going on in the back, so they really didn't care about us..bye ?"

"Food was great. Atmosphere was terrible. Sat at a table in the bar area, which was empty except for the bar. And HOT. Every time they turned the AC on, and it started to get cooler, they would go over and turn it off! There was an employee and 3 bar patrons carrying on a VERY LOUD conversation of which we could hear every word. There was no music to drown them out. I thought that was a little rude, that we were trying to have dinner and they were having a conversation like they were in someone’s living room. When we left we saw there was an entire other room we could have sat in and it felt much cooler."

"I recently discovered this gem of a restaurant and was pleasantly surprised! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when they learned it was our first visit, they kindly offered us a complimentary drink and dessert. The food was delicious, especially the pie with its perfect crust. We also enjoyed the fried calamari and zucchini. The retro atmosphere added to the cozy dining experience. "This is probably the best Indian food in North Idaho. I say probably in case there's another Indian place I don't know about in North Idaho. I only know of two. Of the two, Mango Tree has the best food. Never been to India, but the area we came from had a very big Indian population and there were copious Indian restaurants. Mango Tree matches some of the best of those. They have a great lunch special with plenty of food. We like Monday and Wednesday lunch specials. Don't remember the names of the dishes. The only thing hit or miss is the service. Sometime we wait for a while in front to be seated where no one pays attention to us despite it not being busy. Other times the sever feels rushed, and sometimes they will get the order wrong. But then sometimes we get great service. We also wish the mango lassi was larger in size. It is yummy though. Despite the spotty service, we keep coming back as it is really delicious food. The best Indian food in Northern Idaho."

"Service is great since they recently replaced their staff with new staff. Food is excellent. I prefer their curly fries, hoagies and chicken over their pizza. Their rolls are always fresh and deliciouHighly recommend this place. Update: I went here over the weekend. Placed an order on the phone. Had them repeat it back to me a few times. I picked up my order and paid a lot... it was $35 for 2 slices of pizza, large hoagie, chicken salad and fries. I thought they raised their prices. I got home and found another sandwich in there? My sandwich had the wrong cheese on it and the bread was old and ripped in several areas. My wife' salad had old lettuce and the slices of pizza taste disgusting. Very disappointed. I give 3 stars because there's a 50/50 chance your food won't be right. Let me say this order was placed st 430pm on a Saturday, so you'd think everything would have been fresh and ready for a rush?"
