"I went on a Saturday night I have reservations I tried to tell the woman who is the owner that I have a reservation at 6:30 she was I think overwhelmed with a party in the back she just brought me to the back room and gave me menus she came back again I tried to tell her again and she just said yeah okay I was a little iffy with the service but I guess they were all very very overwhelmed and that shouldn't happen when you have people coming to your restaurant the food excellent when I left I had to stop someone to please let them know that I had a reservation on OpenTable I would definitely go back again hoping that this time the owner is a little more respectful of the people coming in I'm sure she is on a normal base but I think she just I don't know the whole place was overwhelmed"

I had snapper oreganata that was light and flaky and tasted great. My friend had a grandma's pizza that was delicious. We enjoyed the music of Tim Bluntson who kept everyone on the dance floor.

Food is always delicious. I never order meals with tomato sauce in a restaurant but I will eat it at Umberto's. Our server, Layla, was friendly, attentive and anticipated our needs. The band was Memory Lane and they perform a great variety of music and interact with the crowd.

Since the new management took over I've been trying different sauces. Last night I had chicken marsala that was perfect! The chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious. Just the right amount of marsala to give the sauce its flavor without being overpowering. Memory Lane was the band and they are always enjoyable with a good variety of music. View menu

It was Christmas Eve and the place was crazy busy. There should have been another couple of waiters. The waiter needed a bus person to help. Food was not great, but not bad. We couldn’t get bar service as we wanted. We’ll give it another try on a less busy night. The Bacala special was fabulous but overpriced. The Zappa de Pesci had way overcooked seafood but the sauce was good. They had said there would be live music when I made the reservation but there was none.

We order chicken parmigiana. There was barely and sauce on the food. There were two cutlets both were over cooked and dry. We spoke to the manager and instead of removing the price of the dinners from the bill he sent a slice of chocolate cake to the table. When we told the waitress we didn't want the cake instead of taking it away she just said it was on the house and left. If it hadn't been for the show (Memory Lane) that was scheduled that night we would have left but the show was very good.
